Enjoyed a mug of Ethiopian coffee, served with organic hot milk.
As I am running low on coffee (am almost out, in fact, nothing remains but my emergency stash of Ethiopia coffee, which I am currently working my way through), it is time to peruse some coffee sites, and make a selection.
Well, as I am currently sipping yet another mug of Ethiopian coffee, my limited supplies are rapidly running out.Hopefully you have an emergency supply....just in case the main supply gets consumed!
This is usually the time of the month when I have to resupply.....but I find I have enough to last until the middle of September.
I assume that you are in the US?Just bought a Lelit Bianca V3 to replace the Breville Barista Express I'd been using for the past 5 years or so, paired with a Eureka Mignon Zero grinder.
Currently pulling shots with Southern Weather from Onyx but would love to hear recommendations for fresh roasted whole beans I can order online. I have the Bottomless subscription with Onyx where they send you a scale that automatically monitors your coffee usage and re-orders for you based on your preferences/queue which is nice, but I'm not sure I'm in love with the coffee itself.

...Actually, I have decided to finish off the emergency supply stash, (Ethiopian) as well as my main supply - the very small amount that remains of Ethiopian coffee - and replenish the lot next week....
My thoughts exactly. It is indeed desirable to replace the emergency stash before it gets stale.
I am always encouraged when science backs up things I already know. A recent study found that your morning cup of coffee really does make you happier – even if you're not a caffeine addict.

A study that comes as no surprise to me, as, like you, this is something that I have long "known" at an almost visceral level.I am always encouraged when science backs up things I already know.
