When I took my phone to apply my screen protector, I saw a dent on the casing.
After a call to Apple, they are going to exchange it. I received a mail from them explaining that a driver from UPS is going to come take the phone and send it back, and then, Apple will send me a new one.
I'm afraid to give my phone to a driver and it gets lost.
I would have preferred an exchange in a physical Apple Store but Apple employee already put the exchange in motion on his side, and he told me that for an exchange, it couldn't happen in an Apple store, because they would refund me and I would have to order again (so basically an iPhone on October...).
(I received a second mail thanking me for my order and stating that my phone is going to be sent... 18-25 Oct ! Apple employee told me before we hung up that they'll send the new phone as soon as UPS scans it, but mail says otherwise... Hope employee is right !)
What are your advices to make this painful experience smooth ? Have you already return something to Apple via UPS or another company?
