After several calls with DHL Express I was able to pick them up at the sorting facility a few moments ago and don't have to wait until Monday

Reminds me back to a day when the 6S launched. Someone was waiting in line and received the 6S box, but instead of the phone in the box, there was a piece of stone inside the iPhone 6S box...
Hope you get it sorted out asap!
It was Amazon so I’m kind of positive we will get this sorted soon and quick. Still a big shock .
 
So I was away for work the whole week, just came back on time yesterday to receive my iPhone 14 Pro from DHL at around 13:30 local time. 😊

In the meantime this topic has grown by around 20 pages 😂🤣.

I hope everyone who expected their precious on Friday had a timely delivery.

When I took my phone to apply my screen protector, I saw a dent on the casing.

After a call to Apple, they are going to exchange it. I received a mail from them explaining that a driver from UPS is going to come take the phone and send it back, and then, Apple will send me a new one.

I'm afraid to give my phone to a driver and it gets lost.

I would have preferred an exchange in a physical Apple Store but Apple employee already put the exchange in motion on his side, and he told me that for an exchange, it couldn't happen in an Apple store, because they would refund me and I would have to order again (so basically an iPhone on October...).

(I received a second mail thanking me for my order and stating that my phone is going to be sent... 18-25 Oct ! Apple employee told me before we hung up that they'll send the new phone as soon as UPS scans it, but mail says otherwise... Hope employee is right !)

What are your advices to make this painful experience smooth ? Have you already return something to Apple via UPS or another company?

I had to do this a long time ago. My 2 weeks old iPhone 3GS wouldn’t let me answer the phone… So I had to send it back to Apple.
UPS came to take the phone and Apple sent a new one the day after.

I see you're French like me. Does the driver scanned the package in front of you/gave you a document?

Did you have to pack it yourself or just give him the iPhone box?
