fair play to Worten, despite telling me id not get it until after October 21st, and then it appearing in Lisbon on Friday and not updating, it turned up in the office this afternoon.
Quite a beast in terms of thickness compared to an XS, but so far happy with it.
 
Anyone from Amazon here? Well, I checked my iPhone 14 pro serial in an online tool: it was activated and has find my iPhone active too! Also, the fridge water filter I got instead is an actual Amazon product. Theory: the filter buyer got my iPhone and is actually using it

So, i am still waiting for amazon to solve the mess they made, and send me an iPhone. I told them today it doesn't take a genius to understand what happened. Meanwhile, a dude that bought this https://amzn.eu/d/dD72keh, is going around with my iPhone

Waiting to see how Amazon solves @Taodon situation, might be an indication about how they will solve mine. Today makes 72 hours after Saturday, so they should answer him. Nevertheless, from the image it seems his case was of a real robbery by someone on the process of delivery, and mine was a logistics mistake.

Thank you...the way they'll handle this will make it or break it about my confidence in Amazon. I consider unacceptable if they don't provide a new unit to send me tomorrow! There is no stock anywhere, I got tied to this, and they made an enormous logistics error that penalized me

A couple of months ago I ordered a 4TB NVMe drive from Amazon, my jaw dropped when I opened the box and it included Oral B toothbrush replacement heads.

Amazon required me to ship back the Oral B heads and, after they received them, they sent the drive I ordered. I was royally pissed, the least they could have done after their own mistake was ship the drive immediately and not put me through the hassle of returning relatively cheap item that I did not order, and making me wait until the return process was done before shipping the drive.

Well, at the end I got my drive, so hopefully you get your iPhone!
 
Well, Amazon's reputation about having great costumer support is basically a mith: I sent them proofs, day one, about what happened, and 4 days later I still don't have a solution, having spent countless hours writing in chat, emails, having phone calls. Yesterday I spent a morning in police because finally amazon required me to go make a participation. I was getting real anxious, nervous, because they have my money, they are no places to get the iPhone 14 Pro soon, and I sold my previous phone.

However, yesterday I finally spoke with the supervisor that is now handling my case, and she was the best person I spoke too (from amazon) so far... she managed to hear me properly, calm me down, and give me hope that is will have an happy ending, and for me that is that they send me the phone in a few days. Of course, second will be they send me my money, but I will still be pissed with that, because I wanted the phone on (almost) launch and not many weeks later!

PS: would really like to know what happened in @Taodon ´s case, maybe amazon.de handles this better than amazon.es (or not)

Finally those amazon morons started the process to send me my money back. Replacement was not an option, they even didn't know when they would have stock. It's a disgrace, never again will I buy stuff like that from amazon, their costumer support is awful

So, I placed an order through Apple for a black 256 Pro...it started giving me delivery between 21 and 28 October , today it says between 14 and 21 October...anyone else waiting for an Apple order?
