Well, Amazon's reputation about having great costumer support is basically a mith: I sent them proofs, day one, about what happened, and 4 days later I still don't have a solution, having spent countless hours writing in chat, emails, having phone calls. Yesterday I spent a morning in police because finally amazon required me to go make a participation. I was getting real anxious, nervous, because they have my money, they are no places to get the iPhone 14 Pro soon, and I sold my previous phone.
However, yesterday I finally spoke with the supervisor that is now handling my case, and she was the best person I spoke too (from amazon) so far... she managed to hear me properly, calm me down, and give me hope that is will have an happy ending, and for me that is that they send me the phone in a few days. Of course, second will be they send me my money, but I will still be pissed with that, because I wanted the phone on (almost) launch and not many weeks later!
