Regarding amazon, I had to send them the water filter they sent me instead of the iPhone, and now I still have to wait almost one month for the money. It's a fricking nightmare.

Meanwhile, my Apple order for a black 256gb 14 Pro is still giving me delivery between October 14 and 21. I really hope they take another week from that, this wait is painful

French guy here.

Here's my problem: I can't shake off the idea of getting a Pro Max. I see regularly Pro Max inventory near me.
Issue is: the Pro I got was a gift from my father (he paid, I was delivered).

Do you know how exchange work if I go to an Apple store ?
I'd like to return my phone in a Apple Store and pay the difference between 14P and 14PM. But I'm afraid they reimburse my father and make me pay full price ;)
 
Ordered an iPhone 14 Pro Max Silver 256GB from amazon.de at 10/09 and yesterday they finally took my money from my account.

So now I'm waiting to dispatch the item.

Does anyone know how long this will take?

I’m in Vienna, Austria
Pre ordered 14 pro 256gb space black within 15 min but got the week of Oct 5-12 as delivery.
However apple sent me a message yesterday that the phone had shipped via DHL express and excepted Oct 3
I checked DHL and it said it arrived today Sept 30, and it just did! :)

I've returned an iwatch which wasn't even bought from Apple, to a branch in another country (switzerland) in exchange for an upgraded model.. and I paid the difference. So, yes it's definitely worth a try, I doubt they'll even need to refund the money if you're exchanging it.

Quick update:

Amazon - still did not send my money back, I have to wait for the end of the month

Apple - canceled my 14 Pro 256gb black order (had 14-21 delivery date)

And...I have a a Pro Max Silver 256gb coming from fnacpro.fr, it was sent yesterday! Fingers crossed :)

True, i would have a meltdown :D Even now, i fear for what i will find when i open the package from Fnac, i even had a nightmare last night

It's here! Finally! First time in the Max club, I have to say, the weight difference is very noticeable, I hope I can adapt. But I do love love the screen.

Now, I only need those bastards from amazon to give me my money back

Happens every year , Apple just suck the life out of autumn . With no walk-in purchase possible as there is no Apple Store in Ireland and no real-time stock updates from the few Apple agents that exist it's a 5-7 week wait for a Pro Max
while Apple launch/stock every other in every other region except the one I want ;O)

By the time it arrives and gets set up , all the chat will be about iPhone 15 lol ...........

Why don't you order from another place? fnac.com had Pro Max stock last week (I got a silver 256gb), and I think it will have more next week

Ordered a 14 Pro 512gb from Amazon.de on Sep 9th and still nothing, not even a date. Anyone get theirs for Amazon?
 
Fnac don't seem to have the model I want until next week . A good idea nonetheless . It is ridiculous that Apple's distribution would rather have inventory sitting on store shelves while condemning people who ordered straight after launch announcement to sitting around wondering for , in my case , 5 weeks so far !!!! A company like Apple should have much more streamlined process by now

I‘m from Belgium and did order a 14 Pro SB 128GB on september 28th and status was changed this afternoon to ‘shipped’ . It Will be delivered Tomorrow bij DHL 👍😊 ( order via the Apple webshop)

Amazon.es finally issued my reimbursement.

I have finally decided I wanna buy an IPhone pro and I have solved my gift card problem…

But it’s still only available in a very limited fashion and of course not the configuration I decided on (base 128gb, purple)…

After I hadn’t have the time for the launch day action, I had really hoped that inventory would have been improved by now, but I have checked online inventory of my two local stores for a week now and no luck…
But the shipping window is already in the first week of December… surely store inventory must have restocked before then…:rolleyes:

I can’t order a backup one because I wanna pay with a gift card and I wanna avoid waiting till december… but every day I don’t order the shipping windows slips another day…
I am torn…
 
I was able to snatch one up yesterday… so my plan has worked… it’s a gorgeous phone and I hope it works out for me…(no sore eyes/headache)
