A bit of both. The sport bands have a material I really don't like, also don't like the style. I like the sports loop for its comfort, but it's really uncomfortable when it gets wet, and takes quite a while to dry. The plastic parts also look and feel cheap. I'm also not very sporty as a person, and don't like the sporty style.
Also, I don't like leather for multiple reasons, including animal rights, that they can't handle water, and that I don't like how they feel (at least not until really worn in) or smell.
I did like the black woven nylon, except that Apple has a weird definition of black and it's really gray. I found it at three physical stores in my country but neither would ship it to me and all were too far away.
I love good and classy looking metal bands, and the milanese loop is my favorite by far. The problem except for the price is that I have heard so many horror stories about aluminium watches being horribly scratched by the black milanese. Both the screen and the body. Some of these users claim that they have been super careful.
How is your watch holding up? And how careful are you? I'm the kind of person who handles all my nice things with care. I haven't broken a single phone screen ever, and I haven't even scratched any screen (except for micro scratches that are just unavoidable if not using a screen protector).
