Happy with the new collection released @athousandbands ?

Pleasantly surprised watchOS 9 allows Nike watch faces for non-Nike watches now. Woo, that always felt like a silly artificial distinction.
No way it’s as good as s7 fall, Hermes especially, but elderberry+sunglow+Bright crimson is a fire topline. We’ll see how Ink is. Umber I’ve wanted since way back, im sure I did a LeLoo Umber concept. Olive Grey nike is so dumb, Pilgrim woulda been way cooler! Black pin on crimson looks weird.

A beautiful Trinity landed at my home this week.

Cape Cod - Cornflower - Dragon Fruit Sport Loops.

View attachment 2050468
PS: no, there are no stains on Cornflower, it's just a shadow effect.

Dammit, guilty pleasure time! 😅

Where, and how much? The Cape cod and Cornflower would go great with my Blue S7, and the Dragonfruit would go great with the wife's Starlight Aluminum! I was hoping the event today would show some new decent bands, but that may be a bust. But these look great!

BL.

After Apple Store update; ≈ 20% price hike on bands in Norway. Same across the board?

Apple has been starting to take the strength of the US Dollar against foreign currencies into account when adjusting non-US store pricing and the Norwegian Krone has lost about 20% of it's value against the US Dollar over the past year.

Someone on the discord asked for this, so im also sharing it here.

Dragon Fruit, Pomegranate, Rose Red.

Olive Grey/Cargo Khaki is nicer than the new Olive Grey/Black too. I saw that and was like really!?

Black pin on red doesn’t seem too bad IMO

New Sport Bands no longer include both S/M and M/L in the box. You have to choose which size you want when you purchase. The new Apple Watch Ultra bands are also compatible with 44/45mm watches and older larger bands will work with the Ultra.
Where did you get that idea from? When I want to order a SB I still only get one choice: 41 or 45mm.

BTW: all Nike SB’s are being presented as ‘new’ but aren’t 3 of them just renamed bands from the previous season (i.e. Olive Gray/Black, Black/Black and Summit White/Black)?

It does save me money. This new Olive Grey tee i still haven’t taken the tags off just got more useful! Also I’ve had Sequoia carbon-plate runners and yoga pants for a second, plus a bunch of galactic jade stuff that is a Nike cousin. Woo. Spent a hundred bucks for two new pairs of gym red shoes, one even useful for running.

And my Sixers are game royal slash that’s Nike‘s most used color so next coupon code I can grab some of that too.

Canada weirdly has the old way. US and UK at least only give two straps.
Only in the US you get to choose S/M or M/L. In the UK it’s the same as in The Netherlands and probably the rest of Europe: no choice between S/M or M/L as far as I can see. Only 41 or 45mm and the 45 fits 140-210mm, the same as S/M and M/L together for the US.
It looks as if the Americans get screwed price technically 😋.

Ok I just had someone from UK be the first to point it out. Very weird overall haha

This makes sense since you have always been able to use Nike bands on non-Nike branded Apple Watches.

It also appears Apple has discontinued the Nike watches.
I just read that Apple continues it’s Nike and Hermes watches. Where did you see that Apple discontinued them?

They’re not available on Apple’s site.
The Nike page on the Apple Watch site no longer mentions the Nike Edition watch with Nike engraving on the watch case. The Nike watch faces are now available on all watches with watchOS 9.

The Hermes Edition watches with Hermes engraving on the watch case and exclusive faces are available as a Series 8.

On all *non-Hermès watches running watchOS 9
So I'm gonna get Nike faces on my Stainles Steel Series 5?
I'm afraid they will only make it available on the aluminum watches, to fully replace the Nike AW.
