Black Gen 1 was the only Black sold in the series 1 through 3 era so it’s easily identified by the box with writing on the front.

And you probably want the one with the Space Gray (same as black) pin, so it’s a much easier find than silver pin.

For example: https://www.ebay.com/itm/284603339160
FWIW, I originally saw one selling for $19.95 and had on my watch list, and the seller made an offer of $14.95 (with free shipping) and I accepted. However it got lost in the mail and I got a refund. Looks like they have more in stock, and I’m guessing the seller would still take at least $5 off:

That's great. I am in Europe however... in Germany they are around the 40€ mark, not even boxed

A newly updated "Bandbreite", your favourite app for your ever-growing watch band collection, will be available on the @appStore later today. | https://apple.co/3cEElZg #BandbreiteWatch #AppleWatchBands

What's new in 1.7? We made the app you love even lovelier! * We added galleries to almost every band. You can see more details of your favourite band, or evaluate all candidates for your wishlist even better. * The size of images when using grid view and on band details has been increased. * Share a peek into your collection with our new report card, available at 'Stats and Insights' of your collection. * The database has been completely refreshed and is now connected with an all-new, faster API. We split the description from additional facts on band details, so you can find the information you might looking for more quickly. * Fixed: Model numbers for the newest bands are searchable again. * We tweaked the design, improved the UI, and fixed some bugs to make the app and your experience even smoother. As always.

I would like to thank Mattia and Florent for making this update possible, and a big shout-out to Simon for essentially upgrading both our API and the database. And everyone else, who’s already working on our next release and beyond.

Is marking which size of band you have in your collection, or searching the notes (where I keep that info), something that is in the works?

I love the orange alpine loop!

So what’s your verdict? They look very similar! I have OG/CK and I don’t feel like I’m missing out much.
Less green/colorful, a little brighter. But I need to see it in the light. All my mail comes after dark now, not just the over-sized parcels.

It being less colorful than Gray-with-an-a will have its place when you wanna have a more neutral/monotone fit. It reminds me of an Olive Flak era proto someone had.

It being less green might also give it a more khaki look; like dust colored khaki not apple’s khaki sport band.

I fall under 2 now tho I've owned 3 total over time. I now mostly use my new midnight sport band. Basic but very comfy and sleek looking imo. My watch came with a blue and orange (braided) sport loop. I used to have a 1st gen watch with a white sport band. That's why I knew I needed one of those bands again!

Light Pink

I’ve been looking for Vintage Rose, and found this one during my search. I’m still on the hunt for VR, but this is similar enough to tie me over I think! (The colour of this band really throws off the white balance though, my iPhone has a hard time capturing how vibrant it really is)

Vintage Rose is nice but LP is cotton candy perfection.

In your guys’ opinion, does this look like a legit Ultraviolet band?
