Haven’t posted in a while as I’ve been trying to cut down on the amount of bands I’ve been buying.

However, I did a thing recently.

I beg to differ, respectfully! If you like neutrals / grayscale options, I’d say it’s a must. If you don’t find purple pulse to be too similar to Hyper Grape (SL), I’d say this is equally different from PP/B.
I know this is from a really long time ago, which band is the darker band?

Are sport loops safe for swimming? I'm a little nervous to take my AW in the sea with a sport loop...I know a solo loop would be better but it's too hot and humid here in the summer to wear antything made of rubber...and I'm afrai the salty sea water would ruin my braided solo loops.
So...is sport loop ok?

It should be fine, it’ll just take a little longer than the solo loop to dry. IIRC Apple actually advises flipping the orientation of the sport loop so that the loop-back attachment is on the top rather than the bottom for swimming. It makes sense - the pressure from the water while swimming (freestyle at least) would pull up with the loop-back at the bottom, but not at the top.

Is Lilac Sport Band notoriously hard to find?

My wife wanted one, I've been searching for ages in the usual eBay stores etc I buy from and can't find it anywhere!!!

I've seen a few people in this thread have trouble getting a hold of that one. Feels like my search for a 38mm 2016 yellow (at/near retail $) or a Saddle Brown leather link in S/M (at all). They pop up, but it's one of those for which you need to set ebay search reminders (and get a little lucky).

Yes, I would say Lilac is one of the three hardest bands to find. Nike light bone and the 2016 pride woven nylon classic buckle are the other two bands.

Typical! Thanks for the info, I'll give up for now!!

I have every single Apple Sport Band and lilac was the last, and most difficult one to acquire.

Which band is best for sweaty situations ? Right now i've got a sportband. But at hot days and while running (sport) the band smells and feels uncomfortable. I was think about the ocean or Nomad band.

I think for "normal" daily wear during summer Braided Solo Loops are the best. For pure sport (running) during summer I prefer sport loops.

Happened to receive my new (to me) Link Bracelet yesterday, when I also got a much more important delivery: my son. Admiring both (but obviously more the baby) in the recovery area.
Also, now I know my next watch will be stainless.

Yeah…. The SSwatch + SSlink combo….. it’s timeless.
