Hey there,
I am kind of lost. I want to get a matching band for my Seahawks Color Rush Jersey. Until now I wasnt able to find the right shade, since Apple, only they know why, has only chunked out 2 green bands since 2015. Does anybody on here has the original green band from the Gen0 2015 and could make an educated guess if it the Hawks color?
I‘m guessing from the pictures that the new mint tone just doesnt cut it sadly.

Thanks in advance
I'd say that it's pretty close - maybe a touch less saturated than the jersey (which admittedly I had to Google, so relying on the colour reproduction of onscreen images).

He was correct, the first pic is hibiscus and the second is red. I've been hunting up and down for hibiscus lately so I'm far too familiar with that sport band's color haha
I did some digging on the internet and the original pink band i posted isn't hibiscus. The real hibiscus is more of a reddish pink color where as the other band is a brighter pink.

So the pink on the LEFT is what people believe to be hibiscus and the RIGHT is product red. This was taken by a user at the store much like my picture was.

When they got home with their hibscus loop it appeared to be a different color as represented in this picture. The hibiscus here is on the Far left.

I bought the band recently from the apple store and can confirm the hibiscus they sell vs the one that was being used for display are different colors. which is odd to me which is why i wanted to ask if anything on this forum actually has the bright pink loop that is in the first picture.

I felt the hibiscus in the store looked a lot more pink than IRL - but I will say that mine takes on different shades in different lighting. Here, it looks more red for sure next to light pink and rose red. Natural, indirect light.

L-R: Rose Red, Hibiscus, Light Pink, Peach, Pollen, Spearmint, Marine Green, Blue (2nd Gen)

It’s just different lighting in the pics.

It isn’t I brought my hibiscus band in to the store to compare and this is the hibiscus band with the mysterious pink band (Hibiscus looks red under this lightning pic, its not product red tho)

I have also seen this pink at my apple store and always assumed is was Hibiscus.

Why don't you ask the employee there?

i have they all assume its hibiscus or "a past season color" but it isn't on the chart so its just strange.

That's interesting. Back in January I also saw this band in an Apple Store and I also assumed it was hibiscus and was surprised that it looked so much more pink than in the pictures. So I ordered a hibiscus band from a third-party vendor and when it arrived it did not look like the color I had seen. I thought it must have been the lighting that made it seem so much pinker, but now I think it really was another color.

Could it be that it really is a color that has not been released yet? Because since the last WatchOS update there is a new watchface color called "dragon fruit" (I assume that is the English name, I have the German version and there it's the German word for dragon fruit).

Usually all band colors have corresponding colors in WatchOS, dont' they?
There are actually more colors in WatchOS that I can't remember having seen before, for example "canary yellow" (again translated from German).

I think you're right - I also think the sport band is also unreleased, they look similar in hue. I've always wondered what this color us, assumed it was Hibuscus and just looked a little different due to the Apple Store lighting.

I wonder if the store would let you look at the one on display and check out the band next to a Hibiscus band to really tell if they are different or not.. everything looks different under stage/showroom lighting which Apple certainly has in the watch cases. Amazing what different temperature color lighting can do to colors.

that is a very cohesive selection of bands there, very nice!

I compared my hibiscus band with the "hibiscus " band they had and they are completely different shades

I wonder what it is.. I have never seen that band before. Maybe just like Apple did an exclusive Nike band - Apple did the same and none of us ever caught it?

i guess we will see? hopefully it pops up on ebay or something because I want it. it comes in a sport band as well.

Wow that’s crazy. Reminds me of this band pic I came across:

what color is this? But I think hibiscus is very pink in some light. Here’s a pic I just took in bright light:

fun fact hibiscus and electric pink both have the same color lungs

Notice how its more of a red pink than a bright pink as the one we see in the store

Yep, I noticed dragon fruit in there too! Good catch.

I’m thinking of picking up the cerulean sport band this weekend.

Man I love these spring colors!

I love Cerulean, it's a really nice one.
