Space Black SS owners, what bands are you using?

There's the Black Sport w/ the black pin, the black link, and the black milanese. But outside of this, what other bands are you using since none of them seem to match (buckles and pins etc are stainless steel, not black). I really like all the different color sport bands but the silver pin...

The Alaskan Blue is nice, but they've done a ton of nice shades of blue. Pine Green, on the other hand, breaks new ground. Apple has a dearth no greens that aren't very light/bright green. It's not the missing kelly green, or british racing green, but it's a lovely gray-green nonetheless.

Nice pics, BTW. Captures the color of Pine Green well (can't say on Alaskan Blue as I don't have that one).

What kind of wear and tear is normal for the black bands? I’ve only had my Nike Black/Pink Blast band about a week and I already have some very shiny parts on the black.

I know there’s going to be wear over time, but this seems extreme. My other bands have taken months to get to this point, though this is the only black I have.

My black sport band that I wore for two days is pretty much the same as you describe. The darker sport bands get those slick spots where they rub together.

I have had my Nike Pink Blast for a couple of weeks now and it looks fine. I do not see any wear anywhere (pun). My Hyper Grape Sport Loop is also fine and I wore it a fair bit, as well.

I know apple released a special edition Chinese New Year Apple Watch with a product red Sport band but I have encountered on ebay a woven nylon band claiming to be a genuine apple Chinese New Year band. I have done google searches but all I find is eBay listings, no stock images from apple or anything so if anyone is up to date or knows the answer then this would be great hence why I wanted the every Apple Watch band Dropbox earlier

That Woven Nulon band seems to be the one Apple prepared for the special New Year Watch run for early 2017, but never did. Thus some pre-production units did leak - but it never went official. That’s why you never found renders/ads/official info

Note that it looks like the solid red side appears to be the back of the band - the front looks like red overlaid with gold threads.

I think I’ll contact Apple, easily half the band is getting a shiny molted look. This is not the quality I paid for.

They do sell what to all accounts appear to be actual OEM Apple bands. I have purchased a number from him as have a number of others and we all generally have found them to be identical to our purchased from Apple bands.

It’s dark outside, so artificial light (harsh office fluorescents) will have to do for now... I’ve been wearing it for the past few days, like it a lot. Fluorescent lights are messing with the color though - looks more... artificial under them. Hopefully someone will do some natural light pics in the morning.
