I am wondering how this has happened. A Hermès orange 44mm sport band on eBay with BOTH lengths s/m and m/l for sale. Surely, the larger Hermes watches only had the m/l and the smaller only had the s/m, or so I thought!

Maybe it's a rare production set? i ordered one so that i can finally wear the orange color! (i can't fit M/L on a 44mm)

Woohoo! I just scored a 44mm S4 Hermes with the orange sport band and Single Tour Indigo/Craie/Orange leather band all in original packaging for NZ$800 - about US$530. There’s a tiny mark in the stainless of the watch but I’ll use it for sleep tracking and wear my S5 SS with the bands, and sell my silver Nike+ GPS S5 on.

Does anyone have a comparison pic between the Hermès black sport band and the standard black sport band? Are they the same shade of black? If it has been posted I can’t find it

Hello all, I have a question regarding Milanese Loop 40mm, which I just bought at Amazon.
Does its one-end comes off from the loop? Compared to my 42mm Milanese Loop, the 42mm's end does not come off because the tip is little thicker so it keeps stuck in the hook. Please, advise.

anyone know or heard of whether or not they are doing another internal 'close your rings' challenge at apple with band prizes?

Yesterday I upgraded from an 11 Pro to an 11 Pro Max, and late in the evening I opened the Apple Store app (in New Zealand) to look for a new case for the Pro as my wife is having it and wanted something more feminine than my Bare Naked green case.

Anyway I hit a generic “Accessories” link and then showed all on featured accessories and scrolled through a random mix of cases, keyboards, chargers and cables when I noticed there were discontinued colours (initially cases - a Mint iPad Mini 4 case was what tipped me off) - old model cases also like a 9.7” iPad Pro Smart Cover.

I started paying attention to the bands after that and managed to pick up a 44mm Mellow Yellow. They didn’t have many, but in the smaller size they had Pacific Green, Dark Grey and Fog. They also had Fog and Hibiscus in 44mm as well as Mellow Yellow.

Damn really? Wish I was in New Zealand, having a hard time finding a sealed 38mm Fog Sport Band.

Pacific green in the smaller size?... lucky New Zealanders! It might be just sour grapes on my part but I am beginning to think the collecter of larger sizes often has it easier!

Well we have no physical Apple Stores at all, so there are downsides too.

We also only got an an eSIM provider for the LTE watch on 13th December, and until then we’ve only had the aluminium watches since the S3 came out. Even now we don’t get Edition or Hermes models. I scored what I think is a good deal on an S4 Hermes last week, but I was bought in the UK originally. I think it was worth buying for the bands alone, and I don’t plan to wear the watch, but I’d like to get my wife a Hermes for her birthday in March which means getting it from Australia.

I think people must like bigger watches down here - I found a branch of a store that’s probably Apple’s biggest authorised reseller with pretty much all of the whole chain’s inventory of discontinued bands a couple of weeks ago, and all the ones I wanted were only available in small sizes. To be fair they didn’t have anything older than mid 2018 colours. I managed to score a Spruce Fog and a Teal Tint Nike Sport band though.

Anyway, I just typed up an offer to buy them on your behalf and then went to check, and they’re sold out... Sorry. My Mellow Yellow arrived today so it wasn’t a mistake.

So, I was thinking today that I found this thread about 2 months ago following a quick Google search after a casual “I wonder how many different bands Apple has released” comment while talking with my wife.

I had 23 bands at that time. Today I have 37. I’m blaming you lot...

interesting; the Hermes orange has three fewer holes than all the others. Is that 38/40 or 42/44? I haven’t noticed that with my 44mm, but I only got it yesterday so I may not have noticed.
