Looks like Apple will be simplifying the 2020 Pride Loop down to 6 colors, which will be in a more pastel color palate. Hopefully this doesn’t speak for the rest of the bands.

I like these a lot! I can’t wait to see what the new pride loop looks like. That might be my first sport loop order. Funny my watch has no new faces yet.

Nike doesn’t do summer releases often. In fact, they’ve only ever done one, in 2017. Therefore, fewer chance of one this year. Who knows, though.

Also, I’m pretty sure Apple will keep with the dual tone. Seems to be the new normal, despite what we all want. tsk tsk.

I’m looking for comparisons in the gray scale of sport bands.

I want something that contrasts a bit with SBSS. I have Fog (too much) and gen 2 Black (not enough). How do Concrete, Gray etc. fit in? Pics on SBSS or SG especially useful.

I have a feeling Concrete might still be a little light, but I think Grey is too close to gen 2 Black, and Pebble introduces a warmer, stone-like tone I don‘t want. Anything between Comcrete and Gray, or is Concrete a fair bit darker than Fog so might be what I’m looking for?

Dark olive and cocoa might be considered too as they are both dark and shadowy.

I have Dark Olive, and I haven’t tried it, but it’s a band that might work with SBSS. It’s darker than the look I have in mind though, and I think the black case may bring out a slight brown tone?

Cocoa is also darker than I have in mind and that must be dark brown, right?

Gray is VERY different from Gen 2 Black and is one of my absolute favorites. Especially with the SBSS pin. Concrete is also very nice and sits firmly in between fog and Grey.

Ooh, thanks! Grey looks lighter than I was expecting so it could work. I still think there’s a hole between Grey and Concrete that could be filled with just what I’m looking for from that pic.

Concrete is a bit closer to Fog than I’d like, which is what I was thinking. I guess I need both really...

Thanks. Not one I’m familiar with, so I’m guessing another US site that either doesn’t ship internationally or the shipping to NZ would make it Chargerstore money by the time I have it.

I’ve even had cheap deals on eBay turned down because “the shipping would be too expensive”. And I thought that was for me to decide.

A $25 band with $30 shipping might look screwy to the seller, but it actually works for me as it’s still a whole lot cheaper than a $100 band with $20 shipping, especially as NZ adds sales tax of 15% at the eBay checkout these days.

I vaguely remember seeing a comparison among two friends that happen to have both, but no photos. It’s pretty much Pure Platinum in 80% of all lighting, and dirty Pure Platinum in the other 20%. Good luck even finding one though. I’ve been looking for over a year!

Finding one isn’t the real problem. There are three on eBay right now (one a NIB NikeLab Watch). It’s the cost that’s the real problem...
