It's not. Torque Driver, but it is used on my nitro 1/8 scale RC buggies and 4WD's. You are so close, I reckon you'll get it with this next visual clue.

Nup, nup and nup.

I still do, just the big boy versions. 1/8 scale modified nitro beasts, although I'm looking at converting them to electric soon.

The next clue, and I reckon this one will get @kenoh over the line.

Hex driver or Allen key.

I used to race RC cars back in my youth. 1/10th electric. Used to travel all over the country.

It is indeed my 2mm hex head/Allen key!

I bought myself a Thunder Tiger 4WD/4WS 1/10 electric off-roader with my paper-round money when I was 16 and was hooked from then! I've never been a particularly good driver, but do love the mechanical side of it so much, with the stripping down and cleaning/maintaining, etc.. We are lucky that the 1/8 off-road track and club is only a few clicks from here, we've hosted nationals there a few times, and the track gets changed around each year.

I'm amazed at what the brushless motors are capable of these days. No more cleaning and replacing brushes, etc... and they are about 99% efficient! Paired up with a couple of Li-Po batteries and even the huge 1/8 scale vehicles fly.

The pointy end of my item.

You got the brand right! Bonus points for that! But, it wasn't my ball driver, that would have been wicked to use that, not many would have had a clue then.

I learnt a lot about how cars work through that hobby. I had a Tamiya Hornet, Koyosho Optima, RC10, Schumacher Cat, cougar amongst others.

Brushless motors? All change since my day. Gave it up when I moved to real cars at 17.

Tamiya Grasshopper, Audi Quattro and Escort RS Cosworth.....

Then got a real Ford Escort and lost interest. Was more interested in building them than driving them too.

My first car was a Ford Escort mk 3. It was a dog.

Nice...

Mine was a Mini Metro....yes i had the metro while rc'ing... Lost interest in RC cars when replaced metro with Escort...

So! 1/10 nitro cars are they monster trucks or are they models of actual cars?

25) Tile grout
26) flush button on a lavatory or the bleed nipple on a radiator
27) is the bottom of the decrative plate that hangs on that brass hook from the other day...
28) pan scourer
[doublepost=1516782034][/doublepost]

25. Tile grout.
26. Door stop
27. Air hole on a takeaway coffee cup.
28. Some sort of washing scourer.

Nup. Keep thinking!

(25) I reckon @Apple fanboy has it!
(26) Is it the end of a towel rail, viewed side on?
(27) Is it the bottom of a double-insulated cup of some sort?
(28) I hope it's not your secret stash of belly-button lint and that @Apple fanboy has it correct!

Yes, #25 is tile grout.
#26 is none of the above guesses. No clue just yet.
#27 is none of the above guesses, though that *is* a coffee stain
#28 is none of those guesses. As I said in the caption to it, it's probably not a fair entry. All of these were shot in my office at work. Telling you what I do for a living would make this one easier, but I'll hold that info close to the chest for now ;)

(29) The tip of a ballpoint?
(30) Press-stud clasp?

Yes, #29 is the tip of a ballpoint.

Nope, #30 isn't a press-stud clasp. It's a little more common and mundane than that. Rarely (if ever) photographed, but frequently referenced....

A couple of visual hints for a few of the others that have been causing some problems:

(27b) A slightly different angle. That's still a coffee stain.

And a verbal clue to #28. I think the actual expression is to "hold <something> close to the vest". I was aware of this in the post above ;)

28 sure looks kinda like the spongy part of the inside of some bone . Maybe the reddish part is red marrow?

Getting warmer. I am a physician. But hematology isn't my specialty.

(30) Is it a drain hole? I thought that initially and then dismissed it as too easy.

Nope, not a drain hole. You were closer with your initial guess. Part of the object is in focus (though not *perfectly* sharp as this was taken handheld--well quasi-handheld with a tabletop tripod balanced on a textbook as I *really* wanted this to be as sharp as possible). Is the blurry part closer or further away compared to the part that is in focus?

(30) Isn't the holder thing for the ballpoint to be inserted into is it?
(31) Cooks knife
(32) Carving fork
(34) Looks like the plastic tubes I used to have in my aquarium filter
(35) Looks like paper on a roll

27 - coffee pod like used n a Nespresso
30 - thumb tack
31 - Carving knife or steak knife blade (finger print gives scale so think is is a narrow blade)
32 - Meat carving fork
33 - ladel
34 - pasta hoops
35 - Kitchen roll

Some answers:

#27 is a Keurig K-cup as guessed by @kenoh

#28 wasn't guessed by anyone (though it was unfair, as it's not a common object--well it is very common but not something people usually see!). I'm a pulmonologist and I have this set of sections of human lungs in my office. Yes, they are real lungs and not models. The red color isn't blood, but a fixative injected into the pulmonary arteries post-mortem. The smoker's lung is abnormally shaped and has widespread alveolar destruction giving it the appearance of a sponge. The destruction also involved the accompanying arterial and capillary beds, highlighting the loss of perfusion to large portions of the lung with emphysema.

#30 is indeed a thumb-tack as guessed by @kenoh. I thought all the references to sharpness might make it easier, especially on a photography forum ;)

#31 is indeed a carving knife.

#32 is indeed a meat carving fork

#33 is indeed a ladle

#34 is indeed pasta as guessed by @kenoh

#35 is indeed a paper towel roll.

One more visual hint for #26 which I think is the only remaining one that hasn't been correctly guessed.

#26 is still out there (file that one under "challenging" I guess), but I've been impressed with all the responses in the thread. Thanks to everyone who posted and responded! I don't have any other images to post at the moment.

Fun exercise? Annoying thread? Anyone else feel like posting? Worth continuing?
