Favourites:

Nokia N82 (my 3rd smartphone, but I'd consider it my first 'all-rounded' smartphone - 3.5mm headphone jack, GPS, killer camera)
Lumia 800 (my best-looking smartphone until I got my iPhone 6)
Nexus 4 (great affordable smartphone)
iPhone 6

Dislikes: phablets (got a Note 3, hated it for two reasons - first the size, second TouchWiz)

Texas, unfortunately.
Forever and always will be the Palm Pixi Plus. Best keyboard ever, best UI ever, best size ever.:)

However, I'm also really digging the BlackBerry Q5, and hope to acquire one soon.

iPhone 6 Plus. Although of all time it's the iPhone 4. I loved that thing. Still use it as an iPod. It was ahead of it's time. When it was released the retina display just mind blew me when I saw it in person.

Surprised at the amount of iPhone 4 votes. Apple... you reading?

I loved and still get nostalgic over one HTC Desire HD. I'll add the iPhone 4 as well.

Can't beat my iPhone 6+ tho. :)

Canada, eh!
Lots of favorite phones! No particular order, except for the Treo which will always have a special place in my heart.

1. Treo 650 - had this for 3 years
Probably my favourite phones of all time also! I still have one (actually, I have three of them) and they all still work! The one in the photo I got in 2006.

I pulled it out a few weeks ago. Here it is beside my (former) Galaxy S5 Active. I returned it after two weeks.

I'm currently using the Acer Liquid Z220 an unlocked dual sim phone I bought from 7-Eleven for $40. It's about the size of an iPhone 4.

No matter how many phones I go through I always come back to my 6+ and Note 4. Can't wait for the Note 5!

Having now had my 6 plus for 7 months I've come to love it as much as I loved my iPhone 4.

The Last Shangri-La
I just picked up the S6 Edge a few days ago so that is not going to be on the list just yet, but here are mine.

1. Nexus 5 - not the best at anything particularly, but man I loved that phone - it just "felt" right
2. iPhone 6 Plus - the longest I've kept any smartphone so far. It would be #1 if it had more ram.
3. HTC One M7 - I think the first Android phone that I thought of as "better than iPhone" in terms of design & software. There were better functionality phones before (Galaxy S2), but the One M7 married them both beautifully
4. iPhone 5/5s - Love the design and the form factor. I was highly skeptical when they announced it, but once I held it I was sold!
5. Blackberry Bold 9970 - My first smartphone - loved the leather back cover :)

I love my 6+ but have to agree with many here about the iPhone 4--such a huge change from the 3GS. The new high res display and industrial design--still the best feel in hand of any phone I've owned--were so impactful. A predominantly glass phone may not be practical but is sure looked and felt great.

My other favorite was the HTC One M7, still own it. I have the unlocked, bloat free Developer Edition--still super smooth UI (and it's running Lollipop ;)), perfect size, really nice display and the introduction of those wonderful boom sound speakers. If it only had a good camera, would've deserved smartphone HoF status.
