I still have over 6,000 to go. Going to be tough, as the next two days I’m travelling by car to London. Hard to burn calories when your in the car for 6 hours.
I know you can't do it in the car (?) but when you get to where you're going lifting weights and running in place are good energy burners....anything can be a 'weight' and you can 'run' while watching the tv (yelling at whats on adds to the burn!).

10 hours in the office though is a bit more of a challenge! I’ll do my standard cross trainer session before I go, then fit in what I can. Mostly I’m just trying to do plenty today and the rest of the week. I’ve done 216% of my move goal so far today.

Going to be tough for me. With winter and my work hours I’m not sure I’ll get it done. I’ll give it my best though!

I got one like this too. It pisses me off because as a fighter I put my body to the limit every day that I can. I can’t beat January because there are more days in the month than February. I’d have to practically injure myself working out 3 hours a day to achieve mine. They need to make sure their monthly challenges are achievable.

I’ve really been pushing to get this one. When I first got it I thought I can’t double my move goal everyday (which is basically the number of calories it started at). But I’ve managed it everyday. I’ll be really pissed if I don’t make it tomorrow and the next day. But I’ll try and make every opportunity count. Just don’t want to get back late Tuesday night and have to jump on the cross trainer rather than eat and spend time with Mrs AFB.

Don’t think I’m going to make this one. I would have had to take no rest days this month.

Got my February Challenge badGE over the weekend! Was very happy; favourite badge thus far.

Starting to feel a bit of strength now - still very weakened from Covid induced atrophy but it’s slowly feeling like growth pains is back.

Now to correct my diet

since you met Feb challenge, it'll be harder :)
They've been pretty manageable with the exception of bad weather months where I just can't spend much time outdoors, but what worries me is I went way above and beyond this month in terms of exercise minutes and calories than usual. I'm afraid it's gonna be like "Quadruple your move goal 20 times in March" or something, haha.

Well if you and I only made it with a day to spare, hopefully March isn’t too much of a stretch. If you complete your challenge too early, they give you more to go the following month.
yea, but I consider double your move goal or close all rings every day "easy" cause I do that anyway ... now the one challenge that is a possibility would be doing xxx exercise minutes, as Iam trending at 116min/day the challenge would probably be ~ 3900 for March and that would be a stretch ... we'll find out soon enough :)

I always try to complete my challenges on the last day of every month, this mostly keeps the next challenge manageable for me:) So I will be posting my award for February tomorrow:)

Another 50 exercise minutes to complete.
This is like submitting the assignment on the deadline day ? one negative to this is you have to deliberately underperform some time and won't be able to push yourself

If you finish the challenge early the numbers keep counting and you could end up with some difficult challenges the following month. I normally go out fast early in the month and ease up nearing the end. It's just the way I manage my challenges and it works for me. I push myself every month don't worry about that:)

I always try and push at the start. In case you have an off day or whatever. But as I basically had to virtually double my move goal to hit the target this month it was a real push. Not helped by the long work hours, bad weather and travelling. But got there anyway.
