I know you can't do it in the car (š) but when you get to where you're going lifting weights and running in place are good energy burners....anything can be a 'weight' and you can 'run' while watching the tv (yelling at whats on adds to the burn!).I still have over 6,000 to go. Going to be tough, as the next two days Iām travelling by car to London. Hard to burn calories when your in the car for 6 hours.
