I saw one before mine arrived and I regretted ordering green immediately. Looked dull and boring.

I have always had either white or silver. Once I had gold.

Now I have mine and I put a Spigen clear case on it which gave it a glossy finish. I think I may like it! I definitely don’t hate it.

Is there a restocking fee if you exchange it?
I like how the camera bump slightly differs. Such a nice contrast between the two shades.

I didn't get the Midnight Green, but I wanted to at first. I don't mind the dull-ness of it, but the way the Silver shimmers like an iridescent white was very hard to resist!

I ended up going with Silver, continuing the original tradition I had decided when I got my 4s:
4s white, 6 Plus space grey, then back to silver for the next phone!

As one member posted, the Midnight Green takes on different colors throughout the day and different angles, so if you think it's going to look like Apple's marketing material all the time, it's not.

I've been using my MG Pro Max since launch day caseless (Only Plus/Max iPhone I have been able to, thanks to the rear matte glass) and I like that it has a gradient effect on the stainless steel frame and glass back. Different strokes for different folks. ;)

I’m still enjoying my MG, but I do keep checking out the silver, so I’m a bit torn. I had a silver X and loved it, but the new frosted silver back looks even better. I had the gold XS Max, so I was going to go with Space Gray until I saw the new green which is very subtle and often looks gray (I feel like I have two colors: sometimes green, sometimes gray).

The thing that bothers me about the silver is that stainless band: it only looks shiny right out of the box before it’s touched. After that, it’s smudge city. Few people would notice, but I get the color for my own pleasure, and I notice it all the time on my device. The green and gray color bands get smudged up too, but it’s not noticeable to me.

I’m probably sticking with the green, though, since I’ve had bright and bling-y phones the last two years, and green still has that dark, monolith-slab look.
It’s scratches too easily :( I check at the Apple store it looks bad

...feels and looks like sea glass...
Ha! Someone else who grew up on a beach :)

The sea glass thing hadn't occurred to me - but you're absolutely right.

(and FWIW, I'm sticking with my launch day midnight green. I almost want to call it as "sea green" now. It's the color of the sea when the late evening sun reappears unexpectedly after a thunderstorm.)

I love the green. It’s the only reason I went for pro.

the color is kind of army green (to me) and goes with a lot of the colors I have in rotation.

i was contemplating on a case but I don’t want anything to cover the color, and the matte back.

so it’s going to be naked. Might stick a sticker or two on it but that’s it.

I got the green because green and blue are my favourite colours. I have a "frosted black" Tozo 0.35mm case on it that makes the phone look 100% black, so it wouldn't have mattered what colour i got in the end lol.

After a week With it. I couldn’t fall in love with the midnight Green. Decided to switch back to Space Grey which this is the best iteration of it to date.

I'm digging the MG ... It's different and although sometimes it will be covered it's striking while in clear case ... I'd love to do naked but I know it won't end up good for me lol

How are people still feeling about the Green? I am still on the fence to be honest, one minute I love it one minute I miss space gray or silver LOL! I feel the Green doesn't look professional for meetings etc...

I thought it looked ugly online and during the keynote. Then I saw it in person. The best part is the stainless steel sides. I wouldn’t worry about the professional perception. It looks great.

Really? I would never think that about any of the pro colors. I love my green.
