If I had seen the huge amount of negative stuff posted here I guess I would have gone elsewhere - probably waited for something on Craigslist to pop up (which is another way of taking a gamble). I paid with my creditcard so I knew I would get some buyers protection from it and jumped in.

I wonder what proportion of GainSaver sales turn into disasters?

By the way, two companies that I never want to do business with again: Symantec & Dell.

You would have probably bought from Craigslist? Another extremely foolish way to buy a used computer, unless of course somebody is selling you a $1000 computer for fifty bucks, perhaps. Why would you even consider this?

When you are going to give a stranger hundreds or thousands of dollars, why would you even consider gambling? I don't get that.
