No contest...a S7 is superior to the iPhone 7 and the 7plus....so many features on such a small device.....everything desired on a phone in the modern age

You forgot to add, in your opinion. IMO, the 7+ totally dominates (maybe I'll use the forum favorite word: "destroys") the s7.

Correct, it is our opinion and IMO, the iPhone is still very inferior to the Galaxy s7, S 6,etc. iOS imo just isn't up to par yet and perhaps never will be. Seems when the new iPhones come out many are still disappointed and posters still say, ......well maybe the next one will be different and it's still the same disappointment. I guess it's hard to just totally leave Apple, but it wasn't for me.

- Display-- SAMSUNG has a much better display
- Speed--IPHONE is twice as fast
- Camera-Similar on both, the 7 plus has a better camera, better 7mp selfie camera on iphone
- Audio output / clarity etc-IPHONE works better with bluetooth accessories and has slightly louder speakers
- Battery (how long)- Similar
- Battery (how fast 2 re charge)-SAMSUNG has much faster recharging
- Price- S7 is cheaper than the Iphone 7, but it also loses it's value a lot faster
- bugs / annoyance if any- Samsung has tons of bloatware and software glitches. It always gets hung up on something and tends to lag. Iphones have bugs too but they don't lag and don't have as many software bugs.

Pretty sure the bluetooth on iPhones suck. No Aptx support means all wireless audio will sound better on Samsung devices.

What? I don't have Bluetooth issues with anything and the audio sounds great.

1. Samsung doesn't have a battery level for bluetooth devices
2. With Samsung whenver you connect a bluetooth device, it will be extremely quiet until you turn up the volume on the bluetooth device. You have to set the volume every single time you connect through bluetooth, it gets very annoying.

With headphones, You have to first adjust the volume to max on the headphones and then control the volume from your phone. You can't just control it straight from your phone right away like you can with an Iphone.

I have a pair of powerbeats2 wireless and it sucked so much using them on a Samsung. You had to set the volume to max every single time you connect them and then I have no way of knowing what the heck the battery level is so I don't know when I need to charge them.

Sounds like you need to read your manual of your headphones. On mine( I don't have beats) when the light blinks red, the battery is low. And yes, I have to turn up the volume using my phone. I think I hit the button three times.....how inconvenient .....

I don't have to turn the volume up all the way on my headphones. Maybe its your Beats? I don't know, I don't have those. I have JBL Synchros over ear wireless...which sound great and imo as good as the Beats over ear headphones( a friend of mine has those and we compared, real close) over the ear headphones and I as of yet don't have have wireless earbuds because I don't like having a cable connecting them. I want no wires at all and just want to have them in my wears so I'm holding off for those

I agree, the battery icon that show up from most BT headphones is a nice touch on the iPhone. But almost(if not all) BT headphones give an audible signal of low battery, and many have also have lights that signal low battery.

I never had any issues with BT headphones and adjusting the volume with Samsung phones. But when first connected, just like plugging in wired headphones, it will not be at max level. It's a safety feature.

Think resale value is huge and I don't think any android phone could ever come close to what I sold my iPhone 6s Plus for. As somebody who upgrades every year that's an issue

I have a pair of powerbeats. They are amazing headphones because they have heavy bass and other headphones tend to fall out of my ears, but the beats never will. I like to workout in sessions of 2-3 hours. The problem with the beats is the only indicator you get is a red light when the battery has 1 hour left and then an audible sound and a flashing red light when the headphones have 15 minutes left. There is ZERO indicators on the beats when your battery is above 1 hour. It could be 1 hr 2 mins, it could be 2 hrs, it could be a full charge, you will never know unless you remember last time you charged it and for how long.

I would start my workout, and then I notice the red light....and oh great...my headphones are going to die in the middle of my workout. With an Iphone, I ALWAYS know the battery level of the beats, so I can charge them as soon as I see them below mid level battery.

The volume thing is pretty annoying too. I have to always put the volume up on the headphones to max when I connect them...whereas on an Iphone I don't have to do anything....It just....WORKS.

Just try out BT headphones on an Iphone and see how much easier it is. I get it's not a big deal to turn up the volume up everytime but on an Iphone that step is eliminated and it's just soo much easier. The lack of the battery indicator is what really kills me because it's annoying to have headphones die in the middle of the workout.

Well the thing is, I'm not interested in a iPhone. I think the battery level showing for your BT headphones is cool but there are other things about it I don't think are cool or it just don't have or do.
However, if you end up charging them with the level halfway gone from the iPhone indicator, you should have an idea when to charge them up if you do the same routine all the time.
