Finally an app that geo-tags photos! This was the thing that always had me coming back to the Apple Camera app. Thanks!

Any chance of separate focus and exposure points, like Camera+ had? Or does Camera Prime already do that?

The feature that would move me off of Camera+ would be the ability to turn the flash on and leave it on. When you have to use it, it's nice to be able to preview what the picture is going to look like so you can adjust if needed. When it's in normal flash mode, you don't know how the flash will affect the photo until after you take it.

That's another feature in the 2.0 update. However to do that, we would have to lower the intensity of the flash. When in the camera, take a picture and the flash turns very bright for a split second. However while in video mode, the flash is less bright so it can sustain it for long periods of time. But it will only be an option so if you don't like it you can leave it off :)

Those features will get me to buy it as well. That's all that's missing from Camera+ that I'd like to see. The editing and effects available in Camera+ are nice, but there are other apps that do that plus more already.

Do you use your own camera roll or the iphone built in roll?

I have a similar application that has his own camera roll and I can't upload any video at all because of the size. I want to be able to uploadmy pics and 720p video either on mobile me idisk, or email

It uses the built in camera roll, however you can choose to use the Prime Review where you can look at all the photos you have taken and choose which photos you wish to save to the camera roll. So its a bit of both :)

does the Apple camera app not Geotag videos?

That I did not know

thanks for the answer, do you plan to add HDR option like the default camera app?

I plan to add it when I can do it with great results. It very complex, and it's easy to make the photos come out washed out.

The Apple camera app DOES geotag videos, but Camera Prime is the only 3rd party app that geotags both photos and videos.

Would love to see the ability to control how sensitive the antishake is. Other than that this is a great app!

Great app! But one question, will you add the feature to put a date and time stamp on the photos?
