So those of you that have one, how are you feeling about it after a few days?

I’m keeping mine …love the form factor and overall taking the positives over negatives ..most negatives are Pixel in general not foldable …I’d like different home layouts inside and out but solved it with AIO launcher …screen auto brightness sucks another Google thing as if I’m in a dark room it’s ridiculously low can’t see have to adjust ..battery is okay nothing better just like P7P …pics are excellent for my taste …portability and having a foldable again is a win for me …

I am not happy with camera coming from P7P. Didn't manage to snap picture of Red arrows yesterday.

Jets are too fast too .

Few of snipping from video clips.

Joke aside, I been using Pixel line-up for Pro model every year. The PF seems like a step back but it is really okay with its usability compared to Slab phones.

My SOT for today is about 2.5 hrs and left battery 70% after work in evening.

Pixels auto brightness have always been terrible. Surely Google know this as well. My guess is it’s just an easy way for them to eke out more battery life so they continue with it.

100% it's on purpose... They definitely wanted that way...

Just had a look on Google UK for the Pixel Fold delivery estimates and they're into the 2nd half of August.

My birthday is beginning of August so it'll be a treat to me 👌🏼

The P7P I've just received will be traded in. They've offered me more than I paid for it and it's literally as new, so that's good. And I'll qualify for the free Pixel watch, which I'll sell on.

So all in it'll cost me less than £1k, which isn't bad going really!

Think I'll go for the Obsidian 256GB. Absolutely no need for 512GB and I'm not keen on the blingy shiny edges on the porcelain finish

So far mine has handled the beach pretty well. I do have one area on the bezel that has a little indention in it now. I'm assuming a bit of sand got in there. But otherwise it looks perfect. The bezel does appear really thin and easy to damage. It's not enough to annoy me but there's definitely a little ding there. As long as it isn't on the screen I'm ok.

So is this an Android Auto thing or a pixel thing but when the signal keeps showing that it’s cutting out on my car display but my phone hasn’t actually lost signal?

I don’t recall seeing this with my S23U

I've only had one Android auto issue and I was having it also with my other Pixel phone. Once in the blue moon I have to restart my phone because it disconnects from AA.. I've not had it on the fold as of yet and the connection has been spot on every time I get into my car..

their horrible customer service

I experienced that, but not for tech support. I literally had to reverse a charge for a returned phone with my credit card company, because Google failed to refund it even after multiple calls and assurances that the refund was processed and even showing it as returned on my account (and of course I had proof of delivery). That's inexcusable.

I thought Google banned accounts for doing that.
