I found some earlier reddit threads but not sure why more folks aren't asking..... the last I saw was late November time frame but I'm hoping that is wrong so yes - I check daily..... still not there as of 8:23 am ET.

It says unavailable still. In the meantime there are third party alternatives and you can save a little more- through Amazon and other retailers.

It's interesting that the other colors of link bracelet, while ostensibly available, seem to keep slipping further out in availability. I wonder if there's some overall manufacturing or supply chain issue they're going through. I ordered a "natural" link bracelet and they say it'll be here later this month, but I will believe it when I see it.

Any specific ones you recommend? I have tried 3rd party link bracelets in the past and all of the ones I've bought have been noticeably worse quality than the Apple ones. If there are ones that are as good I would love to know about them.

The port strike has ended after reaching an agreement last week, but it will still take a while (at least 5 days) for these backordered bands to be back in stock or come.

I own a Best Buy branded one that is in gold but it is discontinued, so here are the best ones on Amazon:

2-piece one for easier use when charging:

Actually shipping and pickup times have improved because they were much longer (Nov/Dec). In Miami you can pick them up in locally (except gold) or shipping time is a week or less.

I’ve preordered it both from Amazon and Adorama just to see if they have shipping dates/guesstimates. Adorama doesn’t but Amazon is basically saying before Christmas 😂

Oh, sweet. I just checked again and they still aren't available at any stores within a couple hundred miles of me, but this gives me hope. I don't want it enough to drive four hours for it, but maybe one of the local stores will get them sooner than my delivery order ships.

yeah I have the Casetify gold link band to hold me over....I ordered it with the ML Loop but it kept pulling my hair so I had to find an alternative to hold me over. I ordered this one and was able to remove all the links myself - their tool was the best one I've ever used..... (I have a small wrist and wear a size 0 in the solo loop so I always have to remove lots of links)

Yeah this is the downside of the ML band. Happens at least 1X/day. I read someone claim this doesn’t happen and I’m like BS it doesn’t happen 😂

I wear a gold Milanese loop and a third party traditional mesh strap on my gold stainless steel Apple Watch. Both are third party (Amazon one is an Apple replica and the mesh is from TJX, $6 apiece) and yes I do get that issue with wrist hair pulling. One trick is to shave 🪒 your wrists every week or two and the issue doesn’t happen. Also I use aquaphor or Vaseline to moisturize my wrist and protect it from irritation or dryness before I put on my Apple Watch after washing up.

It's actually not my wrist hair but the hair on my head - it's long and if I bend down or something and my hair comes in contact with the watch band it would yank my hair out of my head - Ouch! :(

That too! Sometimes I’m reclining, I drape my arm over my head and my wrist rests on my head. Pulled my hair and you’re right, it hurts.
