Ok I now have a tracking number for the Fedex (in the US) coming from Indiana Apple SuperHub to me in Virginia on Thursday, the 12th! I'm so excited :)

Still not PTS, still in processing stage. Arrival window closes tomorrow but really can't see it coming unless it all moves tonight. On that basis I've ordered it (gold titanuium) with a starlight sports band to pick up this week. I'll return it when the gold link combo arrives. Assuming I like the gold link bracelet that is but it felt nice on in the other shades just didn't love the natural shade.
My band was changed to shipped at around 730 am ET today. You might want to check again

Mine arrived an hour ago! Last day of the delivery window so I should have had more faith in Apple. It’s lovely but struggling to take decent photo this evening. Colour not accurate really. I might need a link removed. What a difference from my SS S3 though.

Got mine today… had to remove 5 links, initially removed 6 but 6 was just ever so slightly too tight so it’s a little loose with 5 links removed. My jeweler friend who’s also German was amazed at the engineering and said the design reminds him of Cartier in terms of the clasp, lugs, removable links, etc.

I have the Series 9 SS in gold. I was worried that this band wouldn’t be an exact match to that given how Apple changes the gold shade up - but it looks like this is a brushed gold, so it doesn’t exactly match any of the gold shades anyway?

Just treat the series 10 gold as the gold from Apple Watch Series 5 and 4 stainless steel. Here is a comparison of S6-9 gold stainless with my Apple Watch Series 6 with the series 10:

It’s more like a light champagne gold. It’s darker in the photos.

Overall - the photos I have seen of this are mixed at best. For existing SS gold owners, is this worth it?

I’m realizing I didn’t answer your question previously. None of the SS link bands are shiny like the metallic AWs are. They’re all more of a matte or rather a satin (halfway between matte and gloss). I don’t know what the S9 color was like but this is a satin version of the gold S10. Hope that helps.

The photos are not doing the bracelet justice. The bracelet is gorgeous! The band is shiny matte on the outer surface and the edges of the band are shiny. The band feels silky to the touch and I can see why it’s called a bracelet. It is probably one of the most comfortable bands I’ve worn.

Removing the links was slightly annoying. I initially removed 8 links, which was an exact fit, but later added one back to make it more loose. One annoying thing I’ve noticed is the band vibrates loudly whenever I receive a notification. That’s probably because it is ever so slightly loose.

For women, the band looks great…I was worried it would be too masculine, but it’s not…especially the 42mm. I wouldn’t wear this band to a fancy event though and would instead opt for the Milanese loop. This is now my favorite band, followed by the Milanese loop, and leather loop.

For anyone wondering, it is definitely worth it.

I currently am up in the air between the gold link and watch, or the natural link and watch.

There simply arent enough photos or videos of the gold one online and none of the stores in my area have it to try on

I think at this point I’m just going to have to order it and return it if I don’t like it. It is what it is

I finally ordered my gold link yesterday and it was delivered today. I have a 150mm wrist so took out all the links. I found in the heat it was a little tight so added 1 link in, now the watch feels a little loose but as I am wearing it, I am getting used to it. Very comfortable.

Wait is that the gold band? It looks like natural but maybe just the lighting.

That doesn't look like the gold link bracelet at all

Depending on the lighting (of your room, camera, whatever), the gold link bracelet shade looks different, and it often doesn’t match the watch. It didn’t match my Series 9 SS watch, and based on photos I see on the internet it may or may not match the Series 10 Titanium either. It is a great product, but the mismatched look made me ultimately return the bracelet. I also think the slate bracelet looks mismatched vs the actual watch. I haven’t seen the natural combination in person. It’s a tough issue

Yeah - but the brushed portion don’t. Maybe they never did - but for some reason it stands out to me more on the gold and slate versions

I guess a brushed surface can never really „match“ a polished surface. Just the way it is, was the same with the first gen silver bracelet. FWIW I saw pictures of someone who completely polished his link bracelet (to get a better match) and it looked quite horrible, i.e. way too blingy.
