You guys are right, it worked, downloading iOS 9 Beta 4...so since I don't have the profile anymore how can I give Apple feedback on the beta 4?
You can install the profile again once you have developer beta 4 installed. Alternatively you can also use http://bugreport.apple.com (which requires logging in, but anyone can be a free developer).

bugreport.apple.com or download the profile again which will add the Feedback app. However, the feedback app doesn't let you choose the new build number for the section that asks what build you're on since technically it's only for public betas.

Just had the profile back that's what I did. Or you could register as a dev for free and use that bug reporter but that one sucks IMO.

Thanks everyone for helping....just a few more minutes and I will have Beta 4, can't wait to use the News App again, hopefully Verizon's signal for LTE will work better on Beta 4.

Surprised it says beta 4 is only 255 MB is that right?

Different size for different devices, but a few hundred MB sounds about right. It's basically the size of the changes really (the delta update) so it's actually a fairly large number for what's changed essentially.

I'm on an iPhone 5 so maybe that is why, it's taking a while to install about 1/2 way must be a lot of people downloading and installing. ha

Ok I got it, so how can you tell you are on beta 4, when I go into setting about it says version 9.0 and then some numbers and letters in ()

Just letting you guys know that you can't update OTA to the GM Candidate when it comes out from a Developer Beta version. You'll have to find a download link for the public release and update through iTunes.

Or just near the end of beta revert back to 8.4 and update to the most current PB of the time (so you don't lose out on your iOS 9 backup data.)

Worked here. I then reinstalled the Public Beta profile in order to get back the Feedback app.

The only issue with that is any feedback you do, you won't be able to select the proper build number to let them know which build. (only has PB build numbers)

Unless you state which build you're actually on within the feedback given and hope they see it.

If I reinstall the beta profile, will I be prompted to update to PB 3 when the time comes? Or would it default to the developer's version from now on (until, of course, I cannot update to GM)? Or maybe my question has no known answer? Lol. Not sure if this ever happened before

No known answer really, since we've never had to or could go from PB to DP by just removing the profile before.

One of three things can happen (I assume you mean PB 2?)

1: When PB 2 comes out (looking like it will now come when DP 5 comes) we will see the PB 2 because of the profile and it being newer than today's DP 4.

2: We will see DP 5. (My money is on we will see PB 2)

3: We see no update and have to revert back to 8.4 and reinstall PB from scratch and get PB 2.

Ah. Thank you. I sort of meant whatever is the next new PB. Again, thanks. I guess there's no harm in updating now. I'd finally get to use the volume keys for pictures and maybe my proactive search issues would be resolved.

finally updated to beta 4, don't know where to look to see what beta number. I guess just look in settings - notifications icon is now Red.

(now if I can I get my Ipod touch up to iOS 9. Reboots but stays in iOS 8 .4 )

Settings, general, about, your version will be 13A4305g that's how you know your on beta 4 :)

Just curious if it would work. Has anyone on the public beta removed the beta profile and been able to download the developer beta 4? I would try it myself but I have 5 drafts in the feedback app I still need to fill out. :) Thanks in advance.
Worked for me on iPad air 2
