mine did that same thing today. i was extremly mad. after unhooking it a few times and then plugging it back in and still nothing. i then downloaded ZiPhone to unlock it and put it in restore mode. after that it was fine. and now i works with cincinnati bell too. all i can say is keep retrying until something works. it was just a server overload for apple. dumbasses..... they should have released 2.0 a few days earlier or later. its not like its that significant of an upgrade anyway
