Same here too… bought my 45mm SBSS with noir/blue single tour circuit band literally 2 minutes after sale started last Friday, got a 19th-21th delivery date from Apple, got my credit card charged that Friday, then order went shipped on Saturday with DHL tracking number and it’s been in that exact same state since then. Oh well… Apple promised 19th-21th so I’m still hoping it’ll update some time today and arrive tomorrow. I live in Spain.
Please read my other posts and maybe call Apple. Some watches got lost.

my watch was shipped Thursday 14th via DHL, pick-up scan in china. no updates until arrived in the uk on the Sunday 17th then delivery happened on the 18th for me. Originally had 19th-21st delivery
So my wife got screwed today and I fear I’m next lol. We both preordered on day 1 of preorder. She got hers in about five minutes after the site went live and mine was later that day (after a cancellation of a SS Graphite). Other than size, (41mm for her, 45mm for me) we got identical watches. SB, Black Noir Swift Single Tour. Her estimated delivery date was originally Oct 18-20 and mine is Nov 15-22. Hers moved to “Preparing to Ship” a few days ago and today got an email that says new estimated delivery date is Dec 6-17. We already got charged for it too. Awful. Hope mine doesn’t slip to January.
In the same boat as your wife! Original Oct 18-20 delivery estimate and now Dec 6-17. My eyes almost bulged out of my head when I saw that notification. Glad to know that I'm not alone though.
Once your card is charged, that usually means they have released it to the shipper.
I bought the watch now in a Hermes Boutique in Berlin and switched from Fauve to Bordeaux red with attelage. I think that’s a good choice. The color is very nice and looks premium. Apple is still investigating. I hope I can cancel soon… good luck to you all
I also think about getting one from Hermes now. Unfortunately, my nearest Hermes store is in Hamburg and they don't carry Apple watches. But on the website many models seem still available. Maybe I should follow your example. Who knows what happened to our orders or if they ever will be found.
My new band is here!! And a day early from Hermes!!! Love this band. Love the black hardware. So sleek! This band was a welcome edition to its sister Rouge/Noir and Biscuit Bleu Electrique!!
I like my watch on the first pin hole because otherwise it moves around too much. So while it may look tight on my arm, it’s not. I just have big wrists. Lol. This band is gorgeous with the SBSS.
Now for that blue lin I have my eye on. I went a little overboard this year with my Hermes bands!!!

I called Apple this morning as well and FWIW my tracking now says the Watch will arrive on Friday (22nd) …
You won’t believe it. I got a message and the watch will arrive on the 22th! It’s not lost! And I bought a watch today because apple said it’s lost. What a fail

Maybe our calls have helped and some DHL dude in the Netherlands found a neglected pallet with Apple Watches in a dusty corner of the warehouse … 😂

After a FedEx debacle that sent my watch zig-zagging back and forth across the country, it finally arrived in my local area yesterday afternoon, but they made no effort to get it to me. Finally this morning it moved to the closest local sort center, and then onto a truck, and is out for delivery. At this point, I will believe it when it's actually in my hands.
Yeah that’s what I thought and the Apple Store app says “Preparing for Shipping” but it’s been stuck on that for a few days and then the email today. I’ll try giving them a buzz and see what they say.
I would but I get 10% Military/Veteran discount at Apple. For a small purchase I’d just decline the discount but I’d be a fool to not take advantage of that, with two Hermes watches on order. Guess I wasn’t expecting the delivery date to get pushed back so far.
