No, though they look very similar still. I’m away from home at the moment but can post an up to date shot later if you’d like. The imprint from bar of the buckle is a little more visible on the Blanc band in photographs now but otherwise there’s not much of a visible change across the collection.
Ok because those holes look really fresh haha. Yeah the only mark I could notice was on Blanc. I’m gonna check my Fauve deployant in a sec and weigh in.

I thought it was pretty flat and kept in nice shape despite being buckled.

Yeah, I do gently massage the sizing holes back into place (as much as possible) after wearing them as well. 😅 If I photographed the undersides it’d probably be easier to see a however minimal change in wear.

If there were ever deployment buckles in Space Black I’d still be interested to try them myself though.

I don’t know I guess this is flat/gently curved/restful enough for me? With the band fully “open” I feel like there’s no pressure being put on anything.

Hi,

I see it - https://www.ebay.com/itm/204184441630

I offered $170 and he agreed.

How do you know it's original?

The box says MJ5T3AM/A. And this Apple website - MJ5T3ZM/A.
What is the difference?

The seller said it was original and bought at an Apple store

thanks

I can't tell you anything about the band, but AM/A, ZM/A, FE/A, ZE/A and BZ/A are regional codes attached to the same MPN based on the country the band is selling.

As far as I know:

AM/A: US, MX, CA
ZM/A: EU — UK, FR, DE, IT, ES, NL etc
FE/A: AU, HK, NZ, CN, JP
ZE/A: UAE
BZ/A: Brasil

Does anyone have a pic of the SBSS paired with Hermes band with silver hardware? 🫣 SB owners have so little options in terms of Hermes bands… thinking about getting an orange/craft jumping single or the new orange leather… but not sure about the silver lugs with the deep black watch 👀

Really appreciate it, it’s for my self-Christmas present 😅

Outgoing Apple ID chief Evans Hankey lol. A few collectors in the community change out the lugs, i highly recommend doing that for most colors. I will say Kraft/Orange does actually work with the original hardware, I think bec kraft is very silver/starlight and orange is a universal donor color.

I have a SB Hermes. I use bands with silver lugs without issue. Does not bother me at all. Both jumping and leather.

I got my 45mm used on eBay with over 1 year AppleCare remaining with no bands, for about half of what a new one would cost. I don’t like leather bands anyway and prefer the feel of sport bands over jumping, so it was perfect for me.

Screen is perfect but stainless body came a bit scuffed, so I put some work into it and I seriously think it might even be shinier than new.

1. Used a Dremel Lite at level 1 with the 0.5” polishing pad and Autosol. Got all scratches out except for one, and the one remaining was reduced to the point that I really have to look for it. This polisher works really fast and presumably removes enough metal that I wouldn’t do it more than 2 or 3 times over the entire watch’s life. For minor scuffs, I’d begin at step 2.

2. Used Cape Cod pads to remove the notable haziness left over by step 1. Took about 10 minutes. Got it to 95% where it is now, but could see a teeny bit of haze if I looked for it.

3. Used a Mayflower jewelry cloth to shine it up to 100%. Only took about 5 minutes in total.

Yeah there’s enough half price S7 Hermes to go around now, I love to see it. 600usd was solid and i sold the sport band, but it’s now def doable at 500; and you can even get a solid leather band to go with it for not much more.

Nice job! I need to sacrifice my wrists and have another Cape Cod sesh. It’s the corners and the edges next to the sapphire that are so hard to get at without power tools lol.

the collection grew a bit in 2022!! lately the daily drivers have been the two new "H Diagonal" bands, but for most of the year the orange attelage was #1 on the stainless S7, and the noir rallye was the #1 on the black S6. normally i'd upgrade with a black S8, but not feeling it quite yet. we'll see!!
