No. I have series 7 Hernes and I have the horse face.
I bought my first Apple Watch a year ago. It’s a SS, but not Hermes. I was afraid to spend the extra money in case I really didn’t like having a watch. My next one will be an Hermes. I’ve been collecting the Hermes Nylon Bands.

Cape Cod was a CHORE til I busted out the Dremel. I spent a solid 30 minutes hand polishing with “meh” outcome.
After going at it with a Dremel, Cape Cod suddenly became easy. I counted out the strokes (because what else is there to do) and I ended up around 50 strokes with medium-firm pressure side-to-side, followed by about 10 passes of light pressure, circular motion. Each side of the watch only took 2-3 minutes so it was pretty easy.

Do you usually combine straps with silver steel hooks with the space black watch? Could you take some pictures of a SB with a jumping single or with the orange leather one? I can't decide what to do hahaif buying one for my SB Hermes 😅

Evening all. First time poster to this thread as after having one of each of Series 1 - 7 Apple Watches, and skipping the Series 8 in favour of the Ultra, I've managed to bag a pristine 45mm Series 7 in Stainless Steel with an Ébène Barénia Leather Single Tour Deployment Buckle strap. Amazingly both this strap and the Hermès sport band are completely unused. I was originally after a Space Black model but this one came up and it was too good to miss at just under half it's original UK RRP. The serial number check shows that it's only 6 months old with 18 months of warranty still left.
I'm just setting the watch up now and looking forward to it being the smarter companion to the sporty Ultra. I've read quite a bit of this thread, but not all, and I wanted to ask a question about the included orange Hermès sport band. I prefer the 45mm size even though I've got small wrists and they only supply the M/L side of the sport band whereas I would much prefer the S/M. Am I right in thinking that Apple do not officially make this and it cannot be obtained by official channels in the UK? I have seen that the eBay seller chargerstore in China sells the S/M section of the strap and wanted to know whether anyone on here had bought one and could comment on it? Has anyone in the UK bought anything from chargerstore and how did delivery/customs etc. go? Many thanks and looking forward t expanding the current strap collection with some Hermès bands.

Welcome! (to the only corner of WATCH world that really matters). Don’t worry, it’s very easy to stop collecting Hermes bands—once you have twenty or so.
Your experience with Charger bands will be identical to those bought from Apple directly.
Thanks and I'll be bankrupt if I get to 20 Hermès! straps! The standard Apple Sport Bands are an awful lot cheaper to collect 🤣. Thanks also for the Chargerstore input too.
Just to confirm, chargerstore is the real deal. I got my Hermès S/M from there as well.
Me too!! I would rather enjoy the beauty of the band than worry about the color of the lugs and hardware.
Well said. The more we worry about every little thing, the less we enjoy our devices. The AW, should enhance our functionality in some way. I have ceased to worry about minor scratches and exactly matching bands. To everyone here have great holidays and new year full of joy. Health and happiness.
Lovely advice, definitely wanna follow that. Could anyone share a SB Hermes with a silver lugs band? It really would help a lot to decide what to do!
You keep asking for someone to post a picture. Just go to the Apple Store app. Select shop. Choose Hermes. You can select the SB Watch with a variety of bands by creating a “case”.

@athousandbands What would you suggest for a stainless steel band for SB Hermes? I am concerned about the Apple Link Bracelet b/c my hand coordination may preclude easy closure of the butterfly clasp. Are there quality alternatives? Thanks.
I don’t think a third-party design exists that is a visual match for the Apple Watch.
Have you tried fastening the milanese loop?
