Hermés leather more delicate than boots or a jacket. Cold will affect it and personally Winter is not the greatest time to wear a Hermés bandI would say it’s too sensitive a material to risk it:

That being said, I have two pair of Hermes leather boots explicitly for winter and they hold up perfectly well on dry cold days. They’re an equestrian company, cold weather is not something to fear with their leather goods.
Kraft/Lime stands out for me, I love how in some light and against some outfits it is almost neon.
It‘s neck-and-neck between these two for me. Bleu Lin is so subtle, Lime is so strong.
I was pretty high on Kraft/Lime after yoinking but perhaps Kraft/Orange splits the vote, if that makes sense
@athousandbands i am torn between the Jumping bands and the leather bands as my primary bands. I like the fact I can shower or exercise with the Jumping bands. Also I sweat easily in the summer with high humidity. On the other hand the leather bands are more elegant. Maybe more sophisticated even. I have 3 leather and 3 jumping. I think that might be it unless I get SS band.
I’m split, but my vote is strictly on VV lines. I love both the VV/Noir and the Blue Lin/VV, but this time of year, got to go VV/Noir!
Incidentally, I think the 2022 AW Story of the Year is the Ultra, but the Hermes AW Story of the Year, for me, is last year’s crop of Jumping Bands. Just can’t go wrong, especially with the Noir choices.

Have to admit Hermes leather is superior. Soft, Good Looking and needs minimal maintenance
@bushman4 i agree with qualifications. What do you use in the summer when it is hot and humid? The jumping bands would seem better then.
Feu Epsom Double Tour. My first Epsom, I love the texture of this style of leather.
Imo that horse they call Capucine is way more Feu
Can someone measure how wide the Single Tour bands for the smaller Watch (41/40) are at the lug side? (The 45/44 Single Tours are 23 mm wide.) TIA!
Arrived today, pretty good considering I ordered Dec 31st so there were weekends and observed public holidays because they fell on the weekend
My memory says 17mm, as I recall sizing up to 19mm when I ordered some third-party bands to put on Leathersy lugs..let’s see how good my memory is:

Thanks, mate! 19 mm is perfect as I got gifted a not-smart watch and the attached 19 mm leather strap is very sub-par when you‘re used to (as in: spoiled by) Hermès quality. So I finally have a reason to hunt for some of the superb 38/40/41 exclusive Single Tour colours. 🤤
Sadly it looks like the non-Apple straps are 17mm, the only unique color is Bleu Elec anyway, best to hunt Apple X Hermes yoinks.
