I was turned off the Toile H Gold/Ecru until I ordered it to try at home. In promo shots, and even under the glare of Apple Store lights, it looks far more bright and patterned to me, and not in a good way. I took this picture to better capture my more subtle experience of it. Incidentally, not using the iOS Camera app, which similarly, far too often in my experience, takes fauxtography. Thus, it actually looks like ecru or even grey, instead of like some blinding white checkerboard.

Is orange your only choice???????? 😜😜😜
Actually, I did just check and every other band is in stock. However, I really love the orange and I just know I wouldn’t get as much use out of another colour.

On a different topic, I have a ‘version 1’ Jumping in Kraft/Orange and a ‘version 2’ in Bleu/Rouge Sellier. They feel really different - the v2 is so much more supple and silky. Is the Toile H as silky? Or are they different to the Jumping?

Have you tried the Hermes store in your country, but I noticed that the 41 mm size in the Orange is available on the Hermes website and with Apple.

This is my first Hermes band but to me it has a pebbled front and slippery back feel with a firm structure. Def not "supple" to me, though I could see it relaxing with wear.

The top is textured, the underside is silky like the V2 and it’s more supple than its predecessors

When you buy directly from Hermès boutique, it still comes with the old pouch.
Noir Kilim

Ps: I took this pic with iPhone 15 pro. The blog kept failing to upload the pic, saying that is too big. I had to convert it to a Lower res in order to uploaded. Is it happening to you too?

It’s almost as if Apple is still profiting off climate-hostile products with sky high profit margins…

How many megapixels is the photo? I just screenshot everything for here

Figured I would add my double tour Bridon 41mm SS.
This is beautiful! I really want this but I've got the larger Watch, so this band won't fit, and they don't make double tours for the larger sizes anymore :-(

Double tours in general seem really rare, I've got a couple off Amazon for $20 because it's all I can find. (Though to be fair, they're really good for the price).

I'll be honest with you, it feels a bit like wearing a scratchy sweater... maybe it needs to "break in" and become softer over time as I wear it.

Right now there's a 45mm noir double tour on the Hermès site, but you're right, they don't make the bridon in 45mm double tour (...yet?).

Nice. The Amazon knock-off I've got is thinner but otherwise has a similar color and design. I wish double tours were more popular, I'd like to see other makers like Nomad offer them.

What happens if you try to put a thinner band onto the wider watch? It just won't stay in place?

I actually don’t know! I imagine as long as the band fits around your wrist, it’s fine, but the lugs probably look awkward.
