I honestly don't even know how I got the order in...I refreshed the page, saw it was available, made the purchase, and then like an hour later it was off the website. The orange Kilim was meant to be for sure.

In the meantime, I have been enjoying this Orange/Kaki Twill Jump Single Tour the last few days....

On the subject on Kilim bands, do they need a period wash? I have the rouge, kaki,navy and black. I wonder also how they will be in the NYC hot humid summer months.

I'll report back during the Florida humid summertime if the band starts to melt lol

But growing up in Jersey and living in Manhattan for 8 years, I do feel your pain. Especially being in the subway stations yuck.

Love the Orange Kilim! The color and woven "H" pattern looks great with so many faces. I was lucky that it was in stock when I got my SS9 right before the New Year, although I wish Apple was still offering the Hermès leather bands with the new watches as well. Now that Hermès has raised their band prices again, I'm having a hard time justifying pulling the trigger on one... but I'm sure I'll give in 🤣

It really is a stunning band. I was in the fence for so long and the day it arrived I was in a miserable mood as had a bad day. I almost returned it.

Whenever I wear my S7 it is with the Kilim attached now.

I really want to love my Kilim (Noir), but I find the deployment clasp a little uncomfortable in a way I don’t with my leather one. Maybe because the Kilim is firmer overall? I’ve seen a few people in this thread say similar, but has anyone figured out a solution?
 
The first Hermes band that caught my attention, Single Tour Éperon d’Or.
Switched immediately from aluminum model to stainless steel, and never went back 😅

Back then we didn't have Hermes models selling in Thailand
Had to fly to Japan to buy this one, so it has a special place in my heart

Can anyone suggest a stainless steel band for the Hermes. I looked at the link bracelet in the Apple Store and could not manage the clasp b/c of hand coordination issues.i think a simple deployment or fold over clasp would be best. I tried the Milanese Loop and found that to scratch my watch and pull hair. Any suggestions? I am currently wearing the Kilim bands and love the ease of the deployment clasp.
