Anyone have the new light blue kilim yet? I’d love to see an irl picture…
Just arrived! 42mm. Kilim Bleu Acier. Photos shot outside in daylight.

It has been two weeks with the Grand H SS band. I really like the band but I continue to have issues with fit. I have the L size.

If I do not remove any links, the S10 moves around easily. It is a bit annoying. However heart rate, raise to wake and ECG all work fine. The band is comfortable, albeit floppy.

If I take out one link, the sliding around is significantly reduced, but there are marks corresponding to the edge of the band and the clasp on the underside of my wrist. It is overall tighter, but not extremely so. I can feel the edge of the band on my arm.

If I remove two links, I can still close the clasp. It is tighter to close the clasp. The watch no longer moves around at all but the marks on my wrist are more pronounced and I have an imprint corresponding to the underside of the watch on the top of my wrist. When I visited Hermes in NYC they examined the watch on mh wrist and suggested I not remove one link b/c it will be unbalanced.

How important is lack of movement ? There seems to be no prefect choice. Apple support document implies a reasonably tight fit. I am confused and dismayed.

New Bridon Lisere is lovely! Argent Circuit H face is also a fantastic match for the Noir/Gris color. Wish the Beige/Blanc color was available in a 46mm Single Tour, though.

Also disappointingly, at 46mm it still has width that instead matches 41mm lugs. However, I happened to have third party Ultra lugs with the smaller lug bar size and they fit perfectly without it sliding side to side. Just need to polish the lugs to match the case!

Could be very useful in adapting proper 41mm bands to the larger S10/Ultra but alas my wrists are too large for that.

Can you shoot the new lug head on?

Thanks. Just feels like especially with the new case width, I’d rather have the full size bar. A more gradual taper down to the skinny band.

Figure most folks with Bridons feel the same, though the smaller bar isn’t proportionally dissimilar to how the Ultra with a non-Ultra band looks. I simply don’t like it sliding all the way to one side, and a smaller bar fixes that.

Of course, Hermès could’ve had the band taper out a little toward the lug like they did with the Torsade and Tricot. Regardless, it’s such a comfy band and easily high on the list.

Yeah the sliding is a nuisance. I remember getting my used ebene and opening up the lug and wrapping the lug bar in sticky paper to stop it sliding from wear and tear.
