Ja, it's a different color, more "neon" orangish red with more red compared to orange En Mer.

Received mine in today in addition to Néo Tricot in Capucine. The Scuba'H's new titanium keeper is nice upgrade.

Apologies for the poor lighting, set to 3500K, and work pad pics.

Luvin' the new Néo Tricot and ordered the Hermès exclusive 46mm Blue Gris in addition to the black and neon blue Scuba'H from Apple.

And how they look swapped on S11 and HU3

WOW beautiful!!!
May I ask a few questions/requests? 🥲
I have the Hermes Ultra with En Mer band, but in the last hole (smallest size) -my wrist is 150 mm I guess-. Im always worried that Hermes bands are for bigger wrists. In fact Scub'H is a mistery: Hermes site says for 160 and Apple site says 155.
Question 1: Is it possible to have a photo of this new Scub'H aligned with the En Mer and see if the last holes are aligned in both -or to check the displacement in Scub'H that would mean it's too big for me-?

Question 2: I also read the new tricot is from 125 (infinitive holes?? lol) but was afraid how it mismatch the material with the ultra. Is it possible a pic with the tricot+ultra on and see how it looks in wrist facing the different materials?

REALLY appreciate it ❤️

If you’re on the last adjustment hole on the En Mer, the Scuba’H port hole design shifts the last adjustment hole further out and may not sit securely on your wrist.

Really really really appreciate your pics and detailed response. People like you make this forum shines ❤️
And indeed... no Scub'H for me 🥲 their lack of consideration for smaller wrists is saving me some money.

Tricot may be my consolation. Is the fabric similar to En Mer? Metal difference still bothers me a bit :/ what's your view in person?

Huge thanks again!!!!

My pleasure!

Ja, both En Mer and Néo Tricot uses polyamide yarn, though the Néo Tricot feels softer and more flexible due to the openwork design — less stiff out of the box than En Mer.

TBH the metal difference doesn't bother me since I've grown used to it over time — same with HU straps on my S11. My only wish was that the Tricot didn't taper from the connector / slightly wider visually since I have larger 8" / 20cm wrists, LOL, and the HU is chonky. It's so minor and luvin' the summer vibes.

Cheers!

can anyone compare the comfort of the tricot bands to the en mer and or the scub H please?
AWU user here.

thanks
With the AWU I do prefer the en Mer, the proportions are just right. The Tricot is optically a bit "undersized" in my opinion. The en Mer also adds enough stability, the Tricot can become wiggly with that big watch.

Regarding comfort - both are comfortable to wear. But - as I mentioned: For the comfort the en Mer does not have to be too tight, the Tricot needs to sit firm. (there are enough holes for that...)

No Scub H here...

I wanted to share some new pickups from a previously recommended seller on this thread, Abby’s Electronics on EBay. I went to look for an Ecru/gold textile band as recommended on a post here and ended up also picking up a Feu Epsom which I had not planned for, a leather Ive never had before. And wow, while I do love the Ecru/gold which I expected to having did my research, that Feu textured orange leather is quite amazing and the orange punchy! Really happy with these.

I have to hand it to Abby’s Electronics as well as their service, packaging, and communication was top notch. Would also recommend them for anyone looking for an open box band with price reasonable and off retail.

Careful with the Epsom leather. I’m convinced Hermes has not made an Epsom leather band in probably 7+ years because they wear really easily. I rubbed the top layer off of mine with my laptop.

I see a laptop in your photo. I now only wear my Epsom bands in very controlled conditions.

Oh wow really? That’s surprising to hear. Thanks for the heads up. I do work at a computer 8-10 hours a day but my wrists usually hang off of my table (yes I’m always cautious of any band damage typically lol). But I likely won’t be using this for that purpose. In the background is an iPad Pro and for sure I’ll keep in mind your disclaimer. But surprising to hear this. It looks beautiful in mint condition though.

I wonder if the wear of its texture is perhaps an aspect of epsom’s patina? I actually appreciated its dark/vibrant orange shade used and I think that and the texture is a design element in itself and provides more character than the smooth swift and barenia leather bands that I otherwise have.

I wonder if epsom wear has been documented as well in their leather bags. I imagine they still make those.

I have an Epsom Kelly that i carry regularly and it wears very nicely. Prone to surface scratches if something sharp comes in contact but otherwise very hearty. but not lots of frictional rubbing with a bag. That being said, it’s been outside with me in the rain, on the subway, for longer walks and looks lovely still (in a 2014 color, vert anglais)

Just updated. Orange Neon to go with the new Scub'H!
It was killing me using Orange - it was the wrong shade 🙂

Crazy they made us wait nearly 3 weeks. Makes you wonder if the software was behind or if Apple prematurely sprung their equipment releases.

I feel like new bands always come out with the new software update?

Anyways, makes the hour long update worthwhile 😂
