when u save up some more cash... i think you really need a plasma on the wall with the DVD of the fish tank going 24/7
looking good!
looking good!
Update: No pics as it hasn't changed.. The molding is still a bit tacky because of the Humidity. One large problem: I accidentally broke a piece of the glass desk. Not the actual glass (thank god) but the frame. Also, I lost 3 of the 10 little suction cup things that hold the glass in place.
It really frustrates me after painting it all, but I think I am going to order this desk. I can afford it, I just might have to put getting an EyeTV on hold..
I have that desk. I got it at Staples though. It's really well made and extremely sturdy.
Looks clean, nice.
Perhaps some wider shots in the morning with the digital? Also, and perhaps it is my monitor, but I'm still getting the impression that the paint is blueish with a grey tint.
Now the hard part, keeping it organized.
Next step, cable management! I just wrangled most of my cables together this week, so it's fresh on the brain.
Looks really nice.
yea tell me about it. The USB hub in the drawer already makes this "neater" than my old setup. Im thinking of getting a bluelounge cablebox.
That's what I used. 5 power bricks, and a lot of cables all stashed in the box. I posted it in the setup thread last night I think. Within 72 hours for sure.
Looks good, but I dont know if I should spend $30 for a box when I can get a similar box cheaper somewhere else. Is there any reason why you would suggest the cable box over something like a small basket with a lid?
Here are some better pictures:
You know what they are all pictures of except the last one: The view out of the window on the long wall. One reason why I like the room so much. Not much but better to look at than a brick wall or something. Ignore my neighbors house
The vintage camera shelf is my favourite part! Nicely done! Pick up some more vintage cameras for the top shelf. I think they'd look better than the building models.
