The sheer amount of gore during the battle was fantastic! Episode three, with the exception of one little quibble, was great and entertaining!

The only thing I butted up against was Daemon running through the battle field as to me it felt a little video gamish, but other than that, the battle scenes were great!

Enjoyed the battle as well. I wonder if they cut the battle between Daemon and the Crab bloke (can’t remember his name). I was expecting to see what went in in the caves.

I was too! But I didn't mind just showing the aftermath of the fight... But I wonder if we are going to see a flashback sequence or something along those lines in the future.

I don’t think they’ll keep skipping ahead now. It served its purpose to get it to where it is.

So today’s episode was the weakest so far. Nothing really happened.
But mostly I didn’t like the sex scenes. I know she’s in her 20’s but she looks more like a teenager. Felt like I shouldn’t be watching at my age.
Also (probably another age related issue), could you please make those subtitles larger!

Finally watched Episode 4, I was very satisfied with this chapter, the seeds have been planted , things are heating up significantly. Daemon and The Hand are both revealed, and at end of the episode when Rhaenyra is offered a special tea, I could see the wheels turning in her head.

I notice a few parallels between GOT and HOTD. But I suppose that’s to be expected. How many episodes are there in this season?

Loving the series so far. I think we all knew something would happen at the wedding but didn't quite think it would be that. Not sure if fit exactly.

This is a spoiler zone thread so no need for spoiler tags. But I agree. I'm trying to be open minded but Milly & Emily both killed it in their roles.

I am waiting, like most folks, on how the time jump will impact the show. I don't remember such a jump in the original series, I suppose they didn't need it. But this is going to be very interesting to say the least.

As for the last episode... I liked it overall and boy that scene with the two fighting, the aftermath of the guys face reminded me a lot of the scene between the mountain and the gentleman who's head was crushed. It was kind of a shock to see on both accounts!

Episode 5- This is good! Am I a GOT fan boy? Not the Red Wedding but what a mess. And now that the Queen was helpfully advised of tea for the heir, the look on her face throughout the wedding , what might happen next?

One thing that I like, with this pace, is that I have no book I can make comparisons with to then bitch about all the stuff they left out.
