Is that new in 11?
I've been W1 pairing for a couple of months on the iPP10.5 with 11beta.

It must be. Because, it didn’t work on iOS 10. I didn’t even know about this feature until I tried to pair mine with my cousin’s iPhone. I was so happy when it popped up on my iPad screen

I think you don’t have to. Just delete the Beta Profile now, and you’ll get the release version.

Thanks! It looks like a lot of the articles out there are confirming the same thing. Sounds like all you need to do is delete the beta profile , and since the build numbers are the same between the GM and the Public release today , it should be a ‘legit’ copy of 11 that should work with iTunes on a Mac, future production updates, etc.

Just confirmed on my 2014 MBP that it now recognizes my iPad Pro 12.9 on 11.0 GM, where as yesterday it gave me an error. :) Either it confirmed the build number or the features are ‘timed’ releases.

Do u guys have stutter when u open an app ? I can feel that it isnt 120hz when opening an app for a half of a second.

Sometimes. But the second try is always smooth. They should be fixed when the 11.1 comes.

ty! good to know that im not alone with it. i think the refresh isnt 120hz everytime the cpu has to make a task which uses it more. I hope the A10X is strong enough for the 120hz and ios 11.

It is, most definitely. It already gets more scores than my MacBook Pro 13. I believe that Apple will switch to their own chips with the new MBP releases in 2020.

I get that here and there on my 10.5. That will all get ironed out in the coming weeks/months. Its a little jarring though since iOS 10.3 was just buttery smooth. But thats to be expected since the new iPads were released when iOS 10 was at its most smooth and stable. Every year its the same thing. Rinse and repeat.
