It's a blight on OS X history, especially if it's not resolved in the next iteration.

The funny thing is that Microsoft has a solid track of learning its lessons and almost always released an excellent follow up to big experiments. 95 > 98, ME > XP, Vista > 7 and now, 8 > 10.

Apple isn't as consistent, so we don't know what to expect. ML was a good follow up to Lion and so was SL > Leopard. However, ML was the last "good" update in my opinion. Mavericks and Yosemite, I didn't really enjoy them much.

It'll be interesting to see what's brought to the table for my MacBook Air.

I'm jailbroken on my iPhone 6 Plus iOS 8.1.2 which is very stable and buttery smooth, so it would have to be something really tempting in iOS 9 to lose my JB and tweaks and current performance

I just want an organised and well done feature where you can clean the cache and the "other" data

More excited than I was for WWDC '14, that's for sure, even though iOS 8 turned out to be pretty huge when it finally reached devices than what appeared to be on paper.

I can relate to that! I like to keep my iPhone with the standard app arrangement and only change the default wallpaper around half a year after the newest iOS is released :p
Haha! I keep the standard app arrangement too, and keep the stock wallpaper, and sometimes tweak the colors of the default wallpaper to look like Apple's renders ( these tend to look better than the real thing) :p

9, but only because there's almost no chance of new hardware being announced, but something tells me that the "epicenter of change" has to be a big surprise! I do not recall Apple having a tagline like that for WWDC, can anyone confirm?

Also, every 5th WWDC has had something big. 2005 had the announcement of the transition to Intel and 2010 had the iPhone 4, so fingers crossed!

I think last year, WWDC had the tagline "Write the code. Change the world".

First time in a few years that I will be busy during the Keynote. Although, I've already decided that will NOT stop me from watching. I'll be in a tech meeting, designing online curriculum, so I can probably get a few people off task to watch with me.

I'm ready for a new iPhone and a new Mac, so I'm eager to see what we've got coming.

This year is going to be boring. Honestly, I'm not sure what people expect.. Almost everything about the keynote has been leaked AND confirmed by various people.. We know Apple Music will be coming tomorrow. We know that Apple will announce native watch apps, and we know apple will focus on improving a ****** OS instead of adding tons of new features.

They are going to spend the first half talking about how much they have sold and how customers love everything they do.. Then give us apple music, which I'm not excited about. Just another musci streaming service. Nothing new. And then some overall improvements to O.S... This year apple is going to be bland.

New phones, but just an S upgrade.
Apple TV gets updated (or so they say.. I expect it to get updated since so much has been talked about)
stability improvements. We had to wait for Apple to realize they are pushing **** out too fast too soon, for us to get a SOLID stability upgrade. Which is now going to be the center of a keynote lol. Thats kind of sad in my eyes.

You won't see a new iPhone, not sure why you're expecting that. Apple releases their phones on the same time table.. New macs.. everything has already been updated. Not sure what you're expecting? They literally just upgraded their entire lineup.

Seems like at best a few things have been leaked and without much detail and even then rumors at best. So quite a bit unknown and/or unclear really.

I am mostly interested in OS X updates. I am currently using Android for my mobile needs. iOS has just become too boring for me. Unless Apple does something big with iOS, I am not coming back. I will of course watch the keynote, as I am an  fan and am heavily invested in Apple gear. A new Apple TV would be great, especially if it supported 4K, but I wouldn't hold my breath.

The only thing we aren't sure about is Apple TV.. But the rest is pretty much out.. The highlight is going to be Apple Music. But thats just something they bought and put a new face on, honestly. we are going to leave disappointed as consumers. Developers might have another story, since apple is focusing more on the Dev side of things this time around.

Don't think we really know what's new or different when it comes to iOS and OS X themselves. Performance and stability improvements don't tell the whole story by far, and that's again assuming those rumors are even true.

So you don't believe we'll see an iPhone 6S? You may be the only one there. My money is already put aside. The S updates are usually better than the non S.

I'm very much looking forward to the os updates. This will help me determine which Mac I get next. But this time of year, I just wait. Cause you never know with Apple.

Generally not something that would be announced at WWDC these days.

I always try to get my excitement down as low as possible so anything better than that and I'll be thrilled. I've had no issues with iOS 8 or Yosemite they've been extremely good to me. Worst comes to worst i'll get 2 new OS updates for free.

At this point with all the myriad of functionalities they introduced with iOS 8 last year, if they as speculated manage to further refine them & make them almost perfect, it would actually be a pretty big deal to me! This continual evolvement of an already top mobile OS to be the absolute best totally keeps me excited!
