Im having this same problem too. I've even restarted the phone after a full recharge and with no apps running and usage time will always be 20 minutes out of very hour standby. Therefore the usage statistic is not in the least accurate as to how long I've been using the phone. I have noticed this since ios8. I used to think it was the ⌚️ constantly communicating with the but I have discounted this (leaving the ⌚️ off and Bluetooth off too). I have background refresh off and all other settings disabled too. The only time usage doesn't seem to clock up is when I place the in ✈️mode. Perhaps it's the looking for a signal from a cell tower. Nothing else seems to make sense. Just my thoughts. Would love to have a solution to this.

Sure sounds like a cell signal issue but that shouldn't effect your usage time. I also have an AW also and my 6s isn't acting up. I currently have 48hrs. standby, 6hrs. use with 60% batt.remaining.

Well I was about to ask what carrier people were on, both with and without the problem, but then I realized my problem persisted even after I removed the SIM and I also have the problem on my iPad Mini....so that's out.
[doublepost=1459647849][/doublepost]Ok, I'm curious. If people are willing, try this. Install the app Battery Life from the App Store.

https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/battery-life-check-internal/id1080930585?mt=8

Go to the Raw Data page and look at "Discharge Current".

Mine fluctuates between -115mA and -225mA but mostly hanging around the low end of that with Airplane Mode on.

I see around -125mA to -400mA but mostly hanging around the -200 mA to -300mA mark with Airplane Mode off but no SIM Card.

My 6+ battery drops a lot on the day right after I upgraded to 9.3.1 via OTA), the battery drain rate about 2x normal regardless if the screen is on or off.

But everything back to normal after a normal shut down and start up (not the force shut down).

I have a 7% drain overnight with airplane mode on. iPhone 6 with 9.3.1.
Previously w/ 9.2.1 my phone only drains 1% overnight.

I had a online chat with Apple support,
Support refuses to log a query unless I do a clean install of 9.3.1 and still have the problem

I let my stabilise for a a few refreshes, and it sits around -150 mA to -200 mA.

I am on WiFi and have mobile signal.

Mine drained fast so I did the Power/home button at the same time for a few second until the apple logo appeared, than released, and now it still shows 100% battery while turned off for approx 12 hours.

I think in general no big difference but in both 9.3 & 9.3.1 is about 10% worse. For example my usual times on 6S Plus would be 7 hours usage 45 standby on 9.2.1 and now (9.3.1) is about 7 hours usage 35-38 Standby. All these are measured from 100% until 20% with no power saving mode at all.

Overnight, I lose about 10%. In a 8 hour shift at work without touching the phone, the phone always has a full 5 signal LTE connection. That drains about 20%. It's annoying.

And mine shows:
Wear Level: PERFECT, 0% Battery Wear Level
Raw Data:
Battery Charge:73% 128/1690 mAh
Capacity 100% 1690/1690 mAh
Voltage: 3.98 V
Cycles: 20
Temperature: 23.8 C
Discharge Current at this moment is -173 mA, -168mA, -147mA, -144, -144, -146...

Is it okay, please?

whats that app? & is it actually "accurate" or just another one of those guesstimated generic battery app store apps?

I am too late for the answer :). I use also BMSSM and System Monitor and I like all three.

Clearly according to CDM you are in the minority hence no such issue exists
Clearly logic seems to be taking a backseat as usual. The point is that there isn't necessrily some widespread underlying issue, not that some people might not be experiencing an issue or some issues that might be causing something. It really isn't that hard at all.

For some it's better, for some it's worse, for some it's the same.

Best answer I can give you.
Pretty much the same when it comes to most updates (short of ones with some widespread issue or change where a lot of people will notice something lasting).
