Not including my wife’s Apple devices, I have:

Apple Watch
iPhone Xs
iPad Pro
MacBook
Apple TV
iPhone SE (used when traveling overseas)

So yes, we’re both very deep in the Apple ecosystem.

2 Apple TVs (one was free with streaming subscription), iPad Pro, iPad Mini, iPhone X, iPhone 7+, Mac Mini 2018, MBP 2015, 2 Apple Watches (one I'll see about selling).

I've avoided the AirPods, since I don't tend to listen to music at work, HomePods,

AirPods just don't fit my ears properly. They say if the current wired setup doesn't fit your ears well, you might as well not get the AirPods so I just never have. I got some other decent ones that do fit my ears well.

I’ve found that to be untrue from my personal experience. EarPods never fit me well, but AirPods seems absolutely fine. Try them out.

Same here. I don't know why, but it's been a totally satisfactory fit on the AirPods for me, and I NEVER could use apple's EarPods.

I didn’t actually know that I owned that many Apple products. My husband uses android so apart from the Apple TVs the rest are for my exclusive use.

I think the fit on the AirPods is a bit better than EarPods. I always liked and used EarPods but AirPods are more comfortable.

Maxed out at 10 iOS devices (including family members) for apps plus 1 MB, 1 Apple TV, 2 HomePods, 1 AirPods.

I think it’s because the additional thickness of the stems and the absence of wire which doesn’t weigh the headphones down.
