We partially overreact.

Partially? I would say that all we do is overreact.

But at the same time Apple does kill products from time to time.

And water is wet. But for all the tears and hand-wringing and handkerchief-twisting we can still buy Airport Extremes, Mac minis, Mac Pros, and iPad minis.

A.

Addendum: If you want to rebut this, I suggest you start by listing all the killed products of significance over, let us say, the last decade. "Of significance" means the iPod Hi-Fi does not count.

I have a 12.9 and a mini. I absolutely love the combination. The Pro is for all intents and purposes my laptop these days, and still small and light enough to bring with me when I want to, but on most days carrying the mini around in my bag is ideal. Love how I can pick up on one where I left off on the other and just grab whichever one would work best for what I'm doing.

Well the SE was an off schedule update too. We partially overreact. But at the same time Apple does kill products from time to time.

And the 9.7 2017 iPad was also an off schedule update as well in March. When most were expecting the iPad pros to launch in March, when they actually launched in June with WWDC.
