I have a 20% FAN discount but my current bill this month is 96 dollars. About 10-15 dollars cheaper than usual.

Check your bill. I had the same plan and they changed it. It's now the first line for 109.99 and second line is 19.99. The discount will only apply to the first line. They never mentioned anything and I caught it on my bill.
