You guys in Europe get a great deal for sure. But Europe is also geographically smaller and more dense so providers can cover more customers per tower. Compare that to US states like Wyoming and Montana, which combined are the size of France. If you ever visit those states, however, they're extremely rural with much smaller populations spread out all over the state. Illinois and Indiana are the size of the UK but also by comparison have less dense populations once you're outside of Chicago. And Texas is just massive and very rural. Ill bet it's expensive to maintain infrastructure in these areas compared to revenue they produce. This combined with increased competition in Europe probably is the cause of the marked price difference.

4 (four) €. This was a special offer (normal price is 16 or 20€).
Unlimitted test/calls in France. Unlimitted calls to Europe (landlines).
Unlimitted calls to the US.
Roaming in Europe and US (+ 3 GB data per month).
50 GB data in France

That recent post quoting over $400 for monthly service from AT&T...man, I can't believe some of these numbers.

About $125/mo (includes 15% discount)

My bill use to be $200-$300 but I have since changed careers and cut down on calling by using FaceTime, and Google voice to make calls while at home. My bill is basic now around $130 a month with att.

AT&T 5 line Family Share with unlimited data, text and talk across North America (US, Canada and Mexico) costs about $219/month after FAN employee discount (23%).

Data may be throttled after 22GB/month per line.

Update: Had one use almost 40GB last month with no throttling.

Recent switch to T-Mobile. Four lines. 10gb each with rollover and virtually all video and audio streams free. Unlimited talk and text plus various other perks that I don't use so I don't consider value added. $180 including three device payment plans. Would be $120 without devices.

In Poland
29,99 zl (its about 7,50 $) for month.
No limit calls/txt to all. 5 GB internet + Tidal premium subscription for 24 months.

But in US dont u have cheaper smartphones than Europe? From i saw they are a lot cheaper.

Definitively waiting the end of the 2 years agreement to make some changes ..

Verizon unlimited voice, text, 18gb data +2gb bonus data, 20% employee discount on data $100/month

I pay 23,99€ a month.

My plan offers:
Unlimited calls and texts to all mobile and fixed landline phones in Germany.
Outside Germany but inside Europe 9 cent per minute for call and text to all European destinations.
Inside Germany 1800 mb data with lte speed, when I reached that until end of month unlimited with slower speed but enough for whatsapp and average browsing.

Payed one time 49€ for my se with 16gb. Basically I pay 10€ per month for the phone as my old plan cost 14€.

Means in total I pay 200€ less for my se than if I had bought it without the plan, as the plan runs 24 months before it can be quit.
