I'm on Mint Mobile with 8 gigs a month at $11.25 a month prepaid for a year.I used Ultra Mint Mobile and I get 6 gigs a month and unlimited talk and text on WiFi for $27 a month. They have other good plans as well
What are you getting for that exactly? In terms of others, it probably depends quite a bit on what options are available to them and/or what they actually need.£8 a month.
How people pay more than £10 a month for a phone contract is beyond me.

Usage varies from person to person based on different needs and wants. And on top of that the availability of actual offerings from carriers and the carriers that provide the needed coverage plays a big role in it all as well.6GB of data, 1500 minutes and unlimited text messages. Whilst it’s a pretty good package for the price, the trick is to start on a low tariff and haggle it down each year.
People seem to rarely call nowadays, everything is texted over WhatsApp, and I’m sure free WiFi is available in most spaces so I reckon people’s usage is far below what they think.
Each to their own, but mobile networks are just cash generators. They don’t offer anything special between them so I struggle to see why people spend so much on contracts.

Yes I agree with all of the above.
But you can’t deny without ignorance that even getting 10GB odd data a month can be achieved for roughly £10 to £20 a month. I use just about 2GB a month myself.
I’ve seen ‘deals’ for 50, 60 or even 70 pounds a month. Crazy money.

Does that include a number with talk and text? Because You’re getting more data than me for cheaper even though I’m using the cheapest plan I could find for the most data.
Thanks
Depending on where and what's available and the coverage that might be needed, it's hard to say one way or another, especially speaking worldwide.Yes I agree with all of the above.

Ultra mobile. I bought 6 months of 6 gigs a month and unlimited WiFi calling and text if I run out
It was basically this deal which was offered after I got a three month plan with an extra three months for free. https://slickdeals.net/f/13432822-mint-mobile-upgrade-3-free-months-to-12-135Does that include a number with talk and text? I'm so jealous of people who live in Europe. You guys have the best prices for plans.100GB (one hundred) data, Unlimited SMS, Unlimited calls £20 a month in the UK with Three.
The U.S. is a lot different. Unless we pay for a phone outright or get a $0/month phone deal then we will be paying between $60~$120 a month. Since I have a total of 4 lines which includes 4 payment plans (2 phones, 1 tablet and 1 smartwatch) it costs a lot more than usual.£8 a month.

Even without payment plans or anything like that things are still more expensive than something like $10/month.The U.S. is a lot different.
