ahh and this is what a generation raised with cell phones and the internet has brought us. a generation of spoiled kids who expect instant gratification and can't handle hearing "no" to anything to demand.

The sad thing is they grow into spoiled, demanding adults. Please parents, teach your children that they can't always get what they want.

It now says "This video has been removed by the user."

It's been saying that off and on all day. Maybe he's just screwing with people now.

Regardless, the guy's a moron. He's been called out on it. He must know he's done something very, very bad. I hope he gets his just and deserved comeupance.

Ha. From the details in the Digg comments, I noticed that it's an MR poster (no longer active).

Someone is sending the photos and YouTube video of his displeasure at the hot laptop to Apple, correct? It is so obvious he probably blowtorched it himself and then burned his hands... Someone in NYC AppleStore should follow up on this -- he's making Apple look bad.

My meth lab caught on fire and burned my MacBook.

Damn Apple and their exploding laptops.

"Apple please give me an Apple Macbook Pro"

I stopped having doubts the moment he said that :D
His intentions are right there, on the table, blam

Anything for 15 minutes of fame... what a waste.

He is not after fame. The video was the corniest thing I have watched in a long while, what was he trying to show? I don't get it..

Sure is geeky running all those system monitors and widgets on a single machine, and that is coming from a self proclaimed geek!

He's not that geeky though, did you notice him pounding away on the mouse button to try to bring up the CoreDuoTemp Temperature window (which you have to select from the menu bar)?

wait anyone following this story so what is happening? did they take his macbook in for a exchange?? I am pretty sure apple is not reading the digg story.

Now the good question is what's gonna happen on from here, if Apple actually gives him a MBP... there is no justice in this world! On the other hand it might incite others to do the same, namely yours truly :D

Only problem is that we'll probably never know, but I'd like to know if there's anything we as a community can do to flag this up, its such a terrible thing to do simply because you got buyer's remorse.

I don't know about you guys but if this guy actually pulls this one off I am going to laugh at how stupid THE MAN can be. All the power to him if he suceeds.

To be exploited by a stupid man is even.. stupider.. if there is such a word.
