I really enjoy the 13 mini for being easy to handle, I seldom miss the larger screen. I'll hang onto it for a couple years, maybe there will be a folding phone in my future.

I wouldn't ever consider anything Samsung. Having to deal with Google's spyware of an OS is worst thing ever.

I think it is 100% sure that there will be no 14 mini.
I think it is still good to wait (if you can) as maybe the 13 mini will drop in price after the 14 announcement.

I personally secretly hope for a 15 mini (mini series on a 2 year update schedule)…

If the 14 doesn't get a mini, neither will the 15.

There won't be a 14 mini. If the iPhone 14 still uses the same A15 and hardware as the 13, a 14 mini would be more pointless.

I'll be waiting for 13 mini price to drop in my country. Hopefully Apple doesn't increase the price instead....

Probably more like the Galaxy Flip or Oppo Find N. These kinds of compact form factors are exactly what small iPhone lovers like myself are waiting for Apple to sell. I’d gladly pay £1000-£1200 ish for one.

Apple generally wait for technology to mature before using it in their own products so I do expect a foldable iPhone prior to ‘25.

I am of the same mindset. I cannot carry a Max sized phone due to my clothing and refuse to carry a satchel or a man-bag everywhere I go. A device with a large screen coupled with a small footprint would be perfection for me. I would pay Pro Max money for such a device.
