I haven't rated Sierra on the App store, but I've dumped it and gone back to El Capitan for now. I wouldn't rate it above one star for the reason that MS Office 2011 is basically u/s. Word crashes when I try to open a file, every single time. Also Finder display seems corrupt, with icons laid on top of one another.

When the next update is out I'll give Sierra another shot, but for now El Capitan is working perfectly for me.

Apparently, it's garnered only 60 reviews in 3 weeks.

MS Office 2011 has been working for me, since the latest couple of updates. are you running Office v14.6.8?

Where did you see these ratings? I don't any rating in US Mac App Store.

That was a screenshot from the US MAS. Their system is all messed up as ratings just appear and disappear for Sierra.

I don't know if Apple's trying to filter reviews or what.

… 60 reviews in 3 weeks. …

… US …

UK: four stars, thirty-one ratings, no reviews in App Store, three reviews at https://itunes.apple.com/gb/app/macos-sierra/id1127487414?mt=12

US: three-and-a-half stars, one hundred and eight ratings, no reviews in App Store, three reviews at https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/macos-sierra/id1127487414?mt=12

Postscript

A few ratings-related posts from the past:
I wonder how Sierra would be rated if Mavericks was its nearest predecessor.

I'm finding it a lot buggier with even a few crashes sprinkled around but quicker/smoother so I'm happy. Though I am definitely looking forward to an update. This is a clean install with barely any programs installed.
