That Huawei tri-fold is amazing!

So you have the regular phone screen, then the doubled screen, and the triple and each just scaled up for that amount of real estate. It is exciting and it’s very thin.

Huawei has also done the opposite of Apple with car charger, power brick, earphones, protective case and cables all in the box. Usually, I expect the Asian companies to follow Apple’s lead (in deleting extras in the box) - but note that here they just thumbed their nose at Apple and did it their way.

So that’s where we are at, Apple is no longer an innovator. Whoever is in charge of product development did a big disservice killing the foldable phone. Instead we get AirPods that double as hearing aids - add all the health features of the watch and you have the perfect setup for senior citizens. Hum, who in charge at Apple fits that description and has the power to direct Apple’s future? Apple can be an innovator again but it has to start from the top.

Rant over…

It might be the other way, as all Apple stuff is made in China, that Apple has to / forced to follow Asian companies' lead. Was just reading about HyperOS the other day.
