I would much like to see HTML5-based web solution over Hulu iPhone app, if only to see Adobe Flash's dominance decline.

I'd much rather see them use HTML-5 altogether so that my MBP doesn't catch my pants on fire. Seriously. It's not that I want flash to die, but I just don't want it all over the internet. It has it's place, mainly in games. Stay away from the stuff that grown-ups use!
