That is pretty cool, good job!

When I used my Macbook (first gen) with my monitor and keyboard, I stood it on its side with all the cables in the back. The disc drive was in front when stood up so it was perfect. It looked like a super slim computer case. It sat behind the monitor with the disc drive slightly sticking out. I don't have any pictures of it but it worked quite well. I used PVC pipes to hold it up as well.

A short time after I made that, I got an iMac, so I just used that stand for my scanner when I wasn't using it. It has been taken apart now and put in a box with a bunch of other PVC pipes. Those things were like legos to me.

The stand looks fantastic, I also think the only improvement would be a paint job.:)
I also think that you should seriously think about getting a patent, otherwise somebody could steal your idea, and make a lot of money.

I love it! I think you should sell it for $75 because of the iPhone cable. Those, alone run $20! A cheap USB extender like what you used shouldn't be more than $5. A USB hub shouldn't be more than $10. And the speaker that you used is not necessary. The PVC piping shouldn't be t hat expensive... So that brings production costs to $35+the costs of PVC piping. That brings your profit to $40-the costs of the PVC piping. When you paint it, post some more pictures! Also, make sure to tape up the iPhone cable and the USB port, because you don't want to damage them.

This is why I love this forum!

Yes, your the one who inspired my stand! =)
