I bought the MacBook as an early adoptee the week it came out, I was in the store buying it for college.

I couldn't be happier.

Years later I sold my second MacBook and picked up the iPad as a replacement. Again as an early adopter.

It has been the best choice in tech I have made since. I am absolutely thrilled with my iPad.

I just received mine via FedEx this morning and already feel that it was worth the cash. Will I find it to be perfect? No, probably not. But I will be darned happy with it and make plenty of people jealous in the meantime.

I bought it on the day of release and would have used it for 18-20 hours since. It's an ultimate media consumption device. Browsing the web, reading magazines, books and watching videos have never felt so good on any device before this. Somehow, I feel a personal connection with my iPad. Steve was so right when he said you have to pick it up and use it to feel its magic :D

I don't feel like using my Macbook Pro, but for viewing flash content on the web.

I am so in love with my iPad ;)

I bought my iPad so I would have a larger screen for casual surfing, and for using apps, etc. Basically as a replacement for my iPhone when I am sitting around the house.

I purchased the wifi model because I don't expect to take my ipad out of the house except when I travel, and I don't want to pay for an additional data plan.

I wish it had an iSight, and easier access to the file system, but these were things I was well aware of before I ordered it.

I'm very happy with my iPad!

I absolutely love it, the ultimate couch potato computing experience;). I just bought a MacBook which I hardly use now.

Satisfied and using it a lot, but thinking that I want the 3G.

I'm waiting for the 3G. Easy decision for me as there is usually no wifi to be found where I'm at. My iPhone 3G has been a life saver. Wish I didn't have to wait though.

Waiting for the 3G as well, the plastic strip at the top should improve the WiFi reception problem that alot of people have with the WiFi only model.

I'm very satisfied so far, browsing and reading is great, cant wait to get this puppy jailbroken.

Bought the 16GB with the sole intent of just testing out for a while. I bought it at Best Buy and I'm a Reward Zone silver member so I have 45 days to toy around with it before I take it back. It's definitely a great device, but has a decent sized list of drawbacks that make that $500 price tag a bit much for my tastes. I'll probably return it soon and wait until OS 4 comes out and maybe pick up a 3G.

Of course I completely stopped using my iPhone and thank god I sold my second one before buying my iPad.
