I regret getting the Gold iPhone 7, what should I do?

If you don't know how everybody hates the gold, that suggests you like it. So what's the problem?

Man up and get rid of it. Get what you want. You can sell it now on swappa for a good price. So you lose a couple of hundred. Big deal. It's a long time from now until Oct/Nov. Good luck.

I originally purchased the gold 7. Over the months I disliked the color more and more so I eventually sold it after moving from AT&T to T-Mobile. I have the matte black 7 now which I like a whole lot more.

I have found for phones I like the black front, but iPad I like the white front. Go figure.

One other option is to buy a color template that double as screen tampered protection. I did it to my ip4 black and I got tired of the black so by sticking this color tamper screen proof i got a new look. Except for the home button was still black

Most renders still show a bit of a bezel.

Keep it and put a skin on it or cover it with a case. Put the difference towards a pair of AirPods. I've never liked the gold but it wouldn't keep me up at night either.

No matter what color the back is, in case of iPhone. I mean it matters but with these huge bezels I have no choice. My priority is to have black front. I do really like product red iPhone but couldn't stand front. My point is when you look at your phone with screen off in case of black front is one uniform surface but with white one you always see huge bezels , black stripes around and small display pressed inside. No thanks

wow.. lol! yah, like other recommendations, i never care about the color of the iphone i get, a case goes over it immediately. it's cool for that 2 seconds between opening the box and slapping on the cover!

Was reading through these comments and didn't see a recommendation for Dbrands skins (Unless I missed it). I had the Gold 7+ but was able to exchange with the Tmobile OnDemand plan (Trading in a phone 3 times in 12 months)

If you really dislike it try a skin. Not those cheap ones on Amazon (Though they are all relatively affordable) but ones many recommend. I added two links below that I see on youtube frequently. I used both when I had the Gold at one point prior to returning and they did a really good job but since I had the OnDemand plan why not exchange?

Sell gold for a massive loss for its "tackiness"
Pay full retail for matte black

Let buyers remorse sink in and sell for a massive loss once realizing the matte black is rather "bleak" in its stealth appearance
Pay full retail for gold

But that amount of money compared to peace of mind: priceless
